- This is an attempt to increase the travel from 120mm to 140mm
Unfortunately , the rod for the travel limit has no provisionary holes which prohibits the ease of travel adjustment
Increasing the travel is possible , by drilling a new hole on the rod .

I think 140 is too much for an xc fork. And i wouldnt want to use a modified fork in an abusive trail. This set up is kinda confusing.

I have the same fork and I'm pretty sure the upper legs aren't long enough to do 140 travel safely unlike epixon tr. And yes sinukat ko. Lalagpas ka na dun sa internal plastic bushings nya sa lower legs. But that's just my take.
hello, I have just adjusted another one, and I made sure to measure everything this time, the maximum travel applicable is 150mm but not recommended, 140mm is still safe. The damping cartridge is long enough and is still very safe to extend.
Is this the 32mm stanchion or 34? If for trail use the 32mm stanchions aint stiff for that kind of suspension travel isnt it? Should be atleast 34 or 35 just like the aion.
the 32mm is good enough for cross country, chill rides, but not adviseable for aggressive rides

Upgrading from xcr with this fork is more than ok , but any fork depends on your riding style , for cross country use , then this is a very good fork 😊
I did this on an axon RL-RC 29 "(100 by 120mm), but now my RL lock doesn't work (it seems to be constantly unlocked). Any idea what happened?

so far no problems yet, I have adjusted another similar fork same model, and I found the maximum travel is 150mm although not advised.

If a 140mm raidon exist then the raidon may support a 140mm of travel , before drilling any holes

no you cant
if you want max travel, why not remove the limiter altogether instead of drilling a hole. just a suggestion though..
First , there should be a hole to fasten the limiter
Second , maxing out using the top bolt as the limiter poses a lot of risks : it might damage the bolt and its the last piece holding all the spring system together , another , that length of travel is no longer safe in the fork design , the bushings are no longer optimized in location of the end of the stanchions , exceeding 140mm of travel is no longer in design with the stanchions , bushing locations , damping cartridge on the other leg , length of the rod which holds the internals together . Hope i answered your curiosity :)

You can have it adjusted to 150mm, and expect the fork to fail around 6 months of all mountain riding.

no it cannot be converted since it has different damper lockout mechanism
no oil add on lower legs?
Good day bro , just grease on the seals and wipers , adding an oil bath is highly recommended , but its a client option :D
Normally SR Suntour forks just use grease for lubrication

I havent disassembled the Weapon brand , but it really depends on the design of the internals , if there are travel adjustment slots or if the internal rods are long enough for travel adjustment .

The thru axle is 15mm x 100mm

You have two options sir
1. Drill a hole for the 100mm setting
2. Use a 20mm spacer

actually its safe on its intended use and function , whether it is in 140mm or 100mm setting , it is safe on cross country setup , enduro with no drops of at least 1 meter .

many possible reasons, broken shaft, loose bolt, busted damper, oil leak, busted seals, rust, broken spring. Have it checked
