    Sir, if I want to compare the water parameters between dry and wet season of five different spots then should I do one way or two way ANOVA?
    Water parameters will dependent and seasons will be independent variable? Can you please suggest?

      Two-way ANOVA will be perfect. Location and Season will be independent variable and Water parameter will be dependent variables.
