In this module, I learned to identify the struggles, fears, and desires of my target clients, such as time management and administrative overload. I explored how my VA services-administrative support, customer service, and task delegation-can improve productivity and efficiency. I also discovered the importance of addressing client fears, like losing control, and highlighting qualities they value, such as reliability and problem-solving, to build a strong, solution-focused business plan.

THIS MODULE TEACHES US TO IDENTIFY OUR SKILLS AND HOW TO ADRESS OUR CLIENTS NEEDS
I've always thought that creating a business plan is tiresome. But with the help of this module, I created my own and I'm happy with it. This is not like any YT videos out there. Having the workbook and actually working on it along with Coach Jam was a different experience. It felt like he was actually there guiding me on each step. This is getting longer but I want to thank you coach for this free course! Na papa english na ako talaga ng bongga.
This module gave me so much clarity of how can I be able to make a business plan much more easier and effective.

From this module i learn that identifying problems of your future clients is important to solidify your knowledge about the job and to be more aware of your skills specially for our skills that are needed for improvement.
