I love this song in that it's so personal; you can tell that it's written for one person. It even busts out inside jokes and stuff. It' lovely.
why do I know exactly how this guy is feeling. Every Album he puts out I feel like im on the roller coaster with him, drugs and lost self to love revelations and defense of a generation. Bemis does me better than jesus ever could.
I remember watching this video so much back in the day, way better than the album version. I actually tried to play this song at my friends house... they were not very interested but I was kind of drunk and I'm sure I sang and played it terribly. That one chord is a total bitch. Good times.

He said in an interview that he sticks his tongue out like that to hit different notes. I tried it, it actually helps a lot.
All the other people in the band say it's really hard to back-up sing for him because of the notes he makes like that.

Okay, so I've loved Say Anything forever and I've loved Eisley for almost as long. I've seen both of them at separate shows at the Social in Orlando and now they're playing together at the Social!!! This will be awesome.

@exZACKtly I play it 247xxx then slide to 246xxx this stretch can be kinda intense so you can cheat and capo on 2 to save yourself some hand strain. hope this helped. also make sure you check playsa.net they usually have some pretty good say anything and max tabs.

Yeah it is, it's 357xxx and then he stretches down to 356xxx I was just playing this like 5 minutes ago for the first time and I cant finish the song because my hand cramps lol
There are a few songs of theirs that I like better when it is just Max as opposed to the album version.
I like this SO MUCH BETTER than the album version. I was actully pretty dissapointed with how overproudced it was.

Their last two albums have been a little too mixed for my taste, especially compared to the old albums. Max is still a genius, but I definitely prefer the acoustic version.
