A highly requested video! Fishing with the Strike pro pig shad lure! I've used the pig shad jr and the giant pig shad but never the regular 23cm sized one. Quite a expensive lure for just a loose body shad but hopefully it will catch me plenty of fish!

Another hard worked session to bring us the action well done.
I like them pig shads. My most used one together with Ricky the roach and Mcrubber. I mostly use the the 18cm Tournament pig shad, and 14cm RtR and Mcrubber Junior 17cm.
Thats the sizes usable here for cathing many pikes. Sometimes the only thing they take is RtR 10cm and Mcrubber big bass 12cm.
In Sweden, normal smaller lakes and river.
Great vid, as usual. Love watching them during holidays, in preparation for my own trips. Got an Abu Garcia beast x pike 842 xh 40-140g casting for Xmas from the missus. Big Daiwa fan, but chose this one for esthetics... yeah, I know. Would you say this brand/rod is a bit too stiff, compared to your Prorex XR? Looks like it. Love the action and curve of your rods, but wanted to give this a go. Live in the region of Best, near Eindhoven. See ya, buddy.

Nice vid mate, it's expensive indeed such a pigshad but it work, also by the little ones, for three days ago i took my fishinggear and went fishing and after an hour i realised it is closing time, i caught a pike in that time so i stop fishing, i forgot it....

I don't think it is possible to say "Spotted bullhead" without doing an impersonation of Pierre Monjarret these days 🤣. My savage gear Swimbait rod arrived today, even nicer in person 👌 I have to say and lighter than I was expecting. I need a bigger reel to go with it now. How is the Citrix holding up. It is on a shortlist with the BFT Instinct. I think I will go with the instinct as it is cheaper and is only a stop gap until the Shimano Scorpion 300MD is released in Japan this summer 😁
