A Days river pike fishing in mid February 2021. I wasn't expecting to catch a huge amount of fish seeing as the weather was horrible for it but it turned out to be a decent day!

You should get the Jaza-M kunstaasredder (lure savior), or a ringking. Those saved me many lures. And picked up some lures hanging in trees on the opposite bank. Cheers, keep it up. I haven't caught anything for over a month now. And fishing 2-3 times per week.
Another great session Dan well done. It doesn’t seem to matter what lures you’re using right now you seem to get them.

I went pike fishing today and caught five trout 🤔
I caught pike today and never caught a trout in my life. There are trout in Holland but you really have to go to the right place. This year hopefully. And a pb pike please 😁

Pig Shad JR, color: arkansas shiner. Looks a bit boring as a color, but WOW how it perform in landing fishes.

Wicked, just got Mike the pike and big savage gear albino pike to try myself, I can't help but wonder what happened to your westin powershad everytime I watch 😄 I got that rod because you said it was a good rod which it's been good to me just as all my other westin rods but I can't help but wonder what happened to yours everytime? 😆

Would love to be able to go river fishing for pike but the few rivers around me are 4ft wide 2ft deep or 10ft wide a ft deep 😂

Do you carry on lure fishing on the canals through the closed season and summer?
I tend to start with the trout fly fishing round South Yorks once the rivers open back up, but considering doing more lure fishing over this summer.

Give me a shout if you want any advice on trout spots, although guess you've got some worked out.
@@pikeandperch Tin Mill AC membership is 35 quid and the river stretch they've got is good, but not sure on the rules for lures these days.
The old SPRITE water through the city centre is fantastic if you can find decent access, round Owlerton is good.
Also heard the rother has a good head of trout these days but not really looked into that
