I love how slow you go, showing details and you aren't shaky at all. Finding more history is always a plus, but nice job. :)
Let me give you a few hints. . .Go to the library and look up the address in the CITY DIRECTORIES. Find the last inhabitant's name. Put it into google. . Maybe someone died, maybe someone went to jail, and yes its possible the house was forclosed. . . BUT a little research will discover exactly what happened. . .
You can also check the county assessor to find the owner, or the last owner. Contact them and ask what happened to the last residents. You might be surprised!
Hey you forgot to tell him to check the back yard if all else fails?
I'm not positive but I don't think the dish washes is bright blue. That is a fairly new dish washer, the blue is a protective coating that protects the Asher from getting scratched when getting installed. It should peel right off. Might try. Great and interesting video! Thanks for sharing !!
Stephanie Lowe ya probably right. I didn't even think about it..
Yep, exactly what I was thinking too. Kind of strange to see a new dishwasher in an old beat up house.
Stephanie Lowe that is odd... huh.. maybe worked stopped and someone was gonna rehab?.. its condemned now..
Stephanie Lowe hello.....
Condemned? Damn...well, that'll put things to a stop. lol
why people don't keep their baby's picture? so sad
+Uchiba Uki it is crazy, thanks for watching, like and share... help us grow and we'll keep videos coming
Maybe they took the same one, I have multiple pictures. I only need one
Hi Tony, I love the new camera, those go pro's are one of the best especially in low light conditions and don't worry I thought you did great considering you haven't got your stabiliser yet. Thank you x
thanks
Woops...the game is called "Tripoley: The Game of Kings and Queens." It folds out and combines the games of Hearts, Poker, and Rummy. I'm looking at my old game, and it notes Copyright 1962.
PATRION commercial
That white cabinet with the flour bin is a hoosier. They were manufactured from around 1900 to about 1920 and usually came with jars and canisters built to fit it. They were mostly manufactured in Indiana, which is why they're called hoosiers. I wouldlove to have one. They have so much more character than the cabinets they put in kitchens now. If I were building a house, I would find a way to work one of these into my kitchen.
Awesome find! :D
A lot of the stuff looks like it is 60s and 70s Era stuff.
for sure, there is some really cool stuff in the extra footage that I'm putting up for patreon supporters
Video looked great to me, even without the stabilizer.

Great video! The house was very interesting; lots of neat old furniture. Wonder what happened to the family?
+Abandoned TattooTonyAlton Exploring Those old dressers are beautiful! The mirrors are still intact, which is amazing. The dressers can still be rehab'd and used. Wood is quite durable. The mold can be sanded away down to nice wood & protected with a coating of clear or colored varnish. They could be given new life, again. The style and mirrors indicate that they are quite aged. I hope someone bothers to clean them up a bit and auction them. They deserve a loving home. You can tell that this home was once loved and very well cared for. What a shame this has happened. :(
yes very shameful and yes very cool dressers

Love watching your videos. I think you said that you moved stuff around, like from one floor to another. As a diligent urban explorer, I think it's always a good idea to leave things in place and how you found them. It gives the viewer a more authentic idea of how it was left behind by the occupants. That's just my opinion and I mean no disrespect. I find these videos incredibly interesting. Thank you!
No I actually am not sure what your talking about. What did I move? I laid some pictures out to view in a video before. but they were already scattered on the floor and I am sure that the occupants didn't leave them that way. A lot of houses in the city have already been looted and had anything the people found of value stolen. Any items sitting up on a shelf in drawers etc. that were left the way they were by occupants I don't move. I have never moved anything from one floor to another. I'm kinda confused. I appreciate you watching and enjoying the videos. I hope you keep watching.
although we joked about moving a ridiculous piece of garbage on a recent explore. Because someone made a big deal because I opened a childrens book and showed it on camera and didn't close it. But most of these aren't untouched nothing moved, most of them have already been rummaged through by people looking for anything of value.
My mistake. I thought you'd said you'd moved stuff from one floor to another and had moved the glass jars of canned food. My apologies.
+Evy Williams thats ok.. no big deal
You filming even better then some people with stabilazer! ;)
+SuperUi33 thanks
SuperUi33
so sad...that this property is now a waste
That doesn't seem right, posting #2 on patreon. This is my first time seeing you and I would have liked to have seen part 2. Would be nice to hear about house instead of camera. I really don't care what kind of camera you use. I'm watching for the abandon house. I would have liked some history too.
I hate Patreon. All my favorite channels are going to Patreon. I don't have money to pay monthly for content.
Hoosier is a brand name for this type of old cabinet , it's very cool. It's just been painted white. Those old wardrobes are cool too. The furniture can be cleaned up.
That's right.. thanks for watching
that is a nice root beer bottle - i think what you are seeing in the garage is the remains of a garage sale - bank probably foreclosed - and - as always - when they couldn't get what they wanted for the house ...let it rot...
Could be..
hellomcflyy That was my thinking too. If someone just up and left, they wouldn't leave an instruction manual with the sewing machine-
hellomcflyy
Very nice video. Great new camera.
Thanks
Patreon is where you need to be since they are better
As always, an awesome video! The green vinyl thing with the "king" is an old game from the 1970's called Triploy -
My grandma had that secretary

There was a fabric calendar on top of that dresser that the rake was leaning against.Did you happen to catch the year?Very interesting video.
+Candy Santillo I know it was there but no I didnt. There was a newspaper upstairs with 1993 date
Thank you for that info
Thank you Tony for giving me a Heart in your message.. You are very kind.. Enjoying your video's ..and look forward to all of your Abandond Homes explorations.

Good job with the new camera. I was sad to see the framed photo of the little girl. How could that be left behind?
Thank you for sharing those video I really love old stuff , those furniture is amazing and still in good condition. I want to have one.
nice video & info👍🏾
6:53 framed photograph is 1930s-1940s era.
Was that Mac "Baby, Don't Get Hooked On Me" Davis? He wrote some of Elvis's "later" hits, like "In the Ghetto," et al.
Ya that's pretty cool... Thanks for the awesome comment
I am bindge watching, this was definitely a grandmas house, so sad😥
Tony, great video! Do you know the UrbEx movies of Bros of decay on RUclips? I think you will love it! In Europe the abandoned houses are mostly not destroyed by vandalism. Hi from Amsterdam
video looked great. Love the door knob
I have a singer sewing machine just like the one on this video. It belonged to my grandma. Very cool video. Be safe
great explore man... just found your channel so I hit you a sub us explorers gotta stick together lol
+Escape The Wild -Urbex & Ruin hunter- cool thanks
I LIKED THE DRESSER/DESK IN THE BEGINNING YOU KEEP THE CAMERA PRETTY STILL NO WORRIES
A lot of beautiful antiques. suck a shame.
+Helen Elgert yup
The blue on the dishwasher was the protective shipping film
If it's not known who owned the house, the county assessors office would know. That would be public record. It's possible to buy abandoned properties by paying the back taxes on it. A person could probably even find out why it was condemned. It is a mystery why some families just up and abandon their homes and belongings.
omg,i would love to have all the milk glass
Your welcome too it
awesome video my friend, thank you for allowing us to explore abandon places with you.
That mat with the King of Hearts is for a board game called Michigan Rummy or Tripoli. I have one and use it quite often. M friends and I play for pennies with a deck of cards.
+Mary Ann Schweikert cool thanks

+Liberty GiveMe your welcome
OH WOW THERES MORE DRESSERS AT THE END OF THE VIDEO VERY NICE
Hi Tony. I havent dropped by in awhile. ☺
Oh shit this is an old video 😂😂😂 how'd I think this was recent lol
It’s so sad ..why would they leave baby pictures ..they must of died and it went to probate ...it’s so sad ...
Somebody still comes around to cut the grass, probably the owner because if the state took over the building the house would be boarded up securely.
ILoveSweets Always you must not have ever been in any urban neighborhood if you think they board up every house
New camera is alot clearer, sharper, great focus.
Thanks, The electronic stabilizer will really help when that comes. Now I need to make good use of it and get as much cool footage as I can. I'm glad I found this house, nearby so I could test it. Also there is more footage from this house that will be going up on Patreon tomorrow for supporters only.
Love it me n my wife what u do from all the way over in the UK steph n Natalie keep doing what u dae 😃
+Stephen Taylor Thanks.. awesome.. glad to hear from you.. hello from St. Louis, gateway to the west. Keep commenting. Love all the comments I get. Remember to like

Yes, I do believe there are haunted places!
I want that sewing machine table..I threw away a mirror like the one in the video ( pelican )
It very sad to see this
👎 there are a lot of videos way better than this, with definitely more interesting stuff left behind.
And they DO NOT ASK FOR MONEY to share their videos.
I can’t afford to be a patrion ..my mom just died and I had to pay for her funeral ,,I’m sorry,..I guess I’ll just have to miss the second half ,,,I hope we don’t have to be patrions to watch all your videos because they are good ..can you make the hospital for people who aren’t patrions ? ,,I’m a nurse and would love to see it ..I wonder if all the channels on you tube you will have to pay to watch ,,,anyway thank you for,the great video ..
I have an abandoned house next door to me
+Ness Rockin cool.. is it near stl
It is definitely a hoosier cabinet.
Gtho...lol! Y'all went snooping in that property and "asked the neighbors" what happened to them? Nobody called the police? :{
Another great video, TFS! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks.. I really appreciate your support
there's a lowes board..
+Julianna Fang interesting
What's the date on magazine?
+Teresa Read Not sure, There was a newspaper, the newest periodical. It was 1993
wno do you see to buy it? and where is it at?
I don't know
sometimes people die and have no family i wish i know more about that but you just cant take over the place so it justs sites there and rots and to buy it i dont know might cost more that its worth in paper work but i think it can be done im going to look into that
Ya it's on the demolition list I believe
yack, yack, yack, please
Not a poker tablecloth; Rummy Royal! Some of the gun clubs use old records as targets. They prefer the 45’s, but use the others as well. I think they like the 45’s b/c of the larger center hole. “Look at that! I got a bullseye!”
probably got insurance looks like storm damage got money took off
New but liked and sub. As well.
+It's that Girl awesome.. thanks
Cool find but You literally talked the whole time. Exploration video, not a podcast.
This old place is full of cheap stuff/rubbish, maybe they couldn't afford much more.
thanks for showing.
Jan-You OBVIOUSLY don't know furniture!!!! Some of the pieces, from the glimpse I had of them, were VERY NICE, with much detail in the wood, and I believe some of the dressers were 'Cherry' or Mahoganey, two very fine woods. The fabric's used were, well, GAUDY to say the least, but EVERYONE'S DIFFERENT, and the fabric could be dated to the 60's/70's.
but nice house !
Y didn't they give to homeless people
is this house for sale?
Earl adams city owns it i think.. not sure.. its condemned maybr could buy for taxes
What's patrion
There's a link to my patreon page at the bottom of the description if you drop it down and view the whole video description. It is a website where people who enjoy what I do and want to help support the project and channel can pledge $1.00 a month or more to help fund the channel and cover expenses, so that I can keep this going.
I sure like the red top table n chairs, they remind me of when my dad was live..he would say always have one of these no matter what comes out. Unfortunately I didn't ever get one,but I've been looking for one for not to much money n I'd cherish it til I passed.
too much time photographing the trash on the videos. it would be better to concentrate a little more on the structures, architecture, etc.
Stop talking, just film and explain. I don't care about your new camera etc.
O.M.GOD.! What happened to the people that lived in this house.?
To me it looks like they just packed up fast & just left.? Why.????
I hope everyone that lived here are alive & they are all Ok.!!! ✝️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🇺🇸
All the stuff to old
Habla mucho,muestra poco
did you notice the Orbs?
Rosy Katz that's dust floating in the air not orbs
nice sewing machine... to.
I watch quite a few of these videos and to be honest none i have watched (explorers) ever say they scavenged for stuff. They dont move things but if somethings found money etc they seem to try and track the family. I dont like the fact u dont knw what kind of hardship this family encountered nor do u act like u care "stabilizer" is all i heard and u want ur patrons to pay for that. anyways i will stick to the true explorer's i watch who actually care for something instead of what they can get out of a place. Or their subscribers.
Whatever.. it's all fake caring to appease you..
Your nuts
Enough blathering about your equipment already and the background sound was distracting. Tell us more about what you're finding please.
Don't post videos if you don't want to be critiqued.
A Dump! Move on.
Well, it used to be a family home. I think it should be mostly appreciated actually and it may have been a nice home to have stayed in back in the day. I'd rather not fuss too much, it may be a 'waste' but it looks clearly as if abandoned, yet pretty amazing. ._.
