This place is NOT abandoned - rugs vacuumed, no dust, clean lace drapes............sheeeeeesh what the heck is going on with all these NON-abandoned "abandoned" places??? ELECTRICITY? Somebody's PAYING THE BILLS.................
I don't think this place is abandoned, I think it is transition between owners. There is no dust buildup or cobwebs and the fact that the power is still on says something.
I agree, lights work, telephone, water. Everything in good shape. This looks less like exploration of an 'abandoned' place and more like breaking and entering.
I appreciate the fact that you guys don't destroy anything and if you pick something up you put it back exactly where you found it. You're very respectful.
I can't even watch the whole thing. I wonder what you would feel like if you had a home that you were slowly remodeling or whatever the case is here. Some stranger in your house touching your stuff making comments? How violating.
I couldn't watch the whole video either, made me pissed just the idea of someone going into someone's home and assuming it was abandoned when it's not.
Yeah LOL to my own surprise, I am bothered when a vacant house is referred to as abandon. A vacant house Imo implies that the house is still owned , cared for & in planned transition from one owner to another. But an abandoned house seems more mysterious involving it with an intriguing backstory. I do realize that I'm being silly, although the term abandoned is way more interesting at least to me. If the video was called a vacant house tour then I probably wouldn't waste my time watching it. A vacant house video would seem more like something a Realty Company would post.😕
Some of these videos don't look like abandoned homes. They look like estates in limbo or foreclosures. I enjoy finding old abandoned warehouses in the woods buildings left to decay with remnants of the time and I like to watch others share similar finds. I don't enjoy watching you trespass and display people's property online. For all the viewers that don't know the property location there will be that one that does and does damage because of you. Stick to truly abandoned properties stop entering without permission. People keep saying you're respectful, sadly I don't see that. If you will break into someone's home, what's to say you don't take souvenirs. I do hope you are not entering private property owned by anyone other than a bank. You could be shot. You're teaching people to disrespect others whether you do physical damage or not. It's just not right, please stop.
The fact that utilities (phone, water, electricity) are working means that someone is paying the bills and OWNS that place, has title to that place: bank, estate lawyer, family; this means the house is not abandoned and you are trespassing.
That doesnt actually means its not abandoned. My Aus t passed away with a lot of money in the bank. 6 no this later we found out that the light company and water company was still drawing money from her bank automatically each month even though she was dead.
Someone is taking care of that house. Someone is paying the electric bill. Family is probably in the process of cleaning it up to put it on the market. The water was still on. The landscaping was taken care of. Beautiful home.
Dibab I just had to sell my parents estate. My wife and I had to paint and clean and do all kinds of stuff to get it on the market. I would've been PISSED if I caught someone going through my families house. I have no idea if that's the case, but I would make him wear his ass for a hat if it was.
I know, god that's annoying, different if windows smashed and trees growing out of the roof, get out of someones house not yours to snoop, electricity on umm time to go
Yea they are clearly crossing the line with this one some one is carrying for that house get your ass's out of someone's home or house you see that their is still life there people are so damn nosey
I had an Aunt that lived in Maryland she came back to North Carolina for a few mths she Had a huge house here in NC for yrs that seemed abandoned because no one was ever there for about a decade but kelp power on & water running in her house. Just because no one appears to be there doesn't mean its abandoned family usually is in a different state or another country...
I really like your videos but this place obviously isn't abandoned. Carpets are cleaned, lawn cut, power on.. I would be SO PISSED if someone was trespassing on the property I owned and kept up. Should probably be doing research and backstories on the places you're going in because recklessness like this is gonna get you in some serious shit.
LOL, good grief! These abandoned house tours refer to any house that they come across as abandoned. As clean , updated and good condition with the utilities on & with nice furniture remaining, it seems to me that it obviously has a caregiver that is watching after it. The owner of the house is probably deceased or ill and it's possibly in Probate or maybe it has been bought by new owners that have not moved in yet. So many possible reasons but definitely abandonment would not be my first conclusion.
This house is not abandoned with electricity and water on. Someone's loved one died in this house and they are gradually clearing things out over time. Glad it isn't abandoned though, it will make someone a nice place to live with little work.
Fantastic home. The roof needs to be repaired quickly as there are a lot of ceiling leaks which will lead to rot if left in disrepair. All the power is on etc. It's most likely been foreclosed on by the bank and sitting in limbo waiting for a short sale. Someone will get a killer deal on it. Shame for whatever family lived there. Must have fallen on hard times/tragedy to lose such a beautiful home. And yes, technically he is trespassing since it's most likely owned by the bank but whatever, it's a very interesting walk through and entertaining and none of you bitching about it could afford it anyway so don't worry about it.
Don't worry about the bank as it has already collected it's insurance like they always do. Banks let thousands of homes rot in California during the 2008 downturn, they don't give a shit, and that's after they threw out the homeowners!!!
I think it's to clean and shiny to be abandoned, and everything works, electricity etc., and even the phone! I think you're a burglar without the intention, without knowing it 😁
The phones don't work, He does that in every video of his. All of a sudden you hear a phone and he walks over and hangs it up. It's just part of his signature in his video's. And I have to tell you that I have had a family member up and walk away from their home and leave everything behind except for the kids stuff. They ate supper, got in the car and left. Didn't even red up the dishes.
This home doesn't look abandoned but could be held in probate or held by a trustee while legal matters are taken care of. Maybe the owner isn't dead but is in a nursing home.
I felt like at any moment, the owners were doing to walk in and say, "What the heck you doin' here?!" Geez, that house has not been abandoned too long and is STILL creepy. And I just heard you say you found that note that said 2015. Wow, not long ago at all.
You are right about the dust & cobwebs. If it had been “abandoned”, it would be grubby, dusty and the curtains would be in an awful state. Look at the tables, the chairs, even the lampshades have been washed. The bathroom is almost spotless. The fake flowers are clean too. These Urban Explorers are treading a fine, fine line between exploring and er, trespassing. Let’s hope the family and/or real estate don’t see this.....
What's up with all people Hating in exploring? And I mean it's always trespassing because usually someone ownes it wether they do something with it is a second, but it was definitely far from spottless unless you'd say your bathroom is spottless if I shit all over your toilet, and sink.
Please look up the definition of abandoned. This house has power- someone is paying the bill - thus not abandoned - which kinda makes you a trespasser. The dark water from the tap may be the reason people are not living there. Health department probably won’t allow it. There could have been a death in the family and ownership has not been transferred yet. Did you research ownership? The frig may not be “storage” - who knows - they may go there to clean, etc. occasionally.
One word: WOW!!! This place is in the best shape I've ever seen in urbex, wonderful that it hasn't been vandalized. I hope it stays that way. I've never understood the manic desire some people have to trash places. BTW, that's the first bathroom I've ever seen where you had to descend a special staircase to get to it. My first thought was, "Can you imagine trying to get down there and back up when you're bagged?!" Terrific job, guys.
Maybe i can shed some light on the mystery... This is the same as my house looked... My mom got sick & i dropped everything to live with her until she died 7 months later. After she died we decided to stay at her home, & being worn out from the whole thing, i took my time transitioning to there & prepping our house 4 sale. You could have made the same video at my house... & although nobody actually lived there 4 almost 2 years, it wasn't abandoned!
William Roden Thank You & I now know it could have happened... wow! Never crossed my mind until I watched a few of these vids Only major difference was mine was no mansion, just an everyday raised ranch lol
This is called a "sleeper house" it's a real state term for a house that's I'm good shape but is old fashioned and needs updated! My guess is an older couple went to a retirement community or passed kids cleaned out what they wanted and left the rest...hardly "abandoned"
William Roden go North a majority of homes don't have central air conditioning and just central heating! I live in Pennsylvania and you can live without air conditioning comfortably as opposed to say Arizona! It's a big house and needs a lot of updating that's probably why it's not selling as fast!
any place you go without permission is trespassing. that includes land., so yes. getting in typically is easy, it's the getting out that's the problem :P
I’ve been watching these videos non-stop for the past week being in quarantine. I’ve never laughed as hard as I did at that “built to last” intro part.
this doesnt seem abandoned. it‘s clean (as in no thick dust on the furniture) and someone seems to pay the bills. dont know how i feel about this so called „abandoned mansion“.
Your explores are the best, the only one we watch. I got my 80 year old mother and her friends hooked on your channel. You do awesome narrating and editing love it. We look forward to your latest vid every week! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!
Talinda Kelley In this one it wasn't too bad because it wasn't that dark, but i've seen one in a hotel or something where it was pitch dark and he still kept them on. He was leaning his head forward to try to peak out over the top of them. Hilarious lol. He loves his sucka duckas
This house is likely one of three things, 1. A house used as a vacation home possibly around the Halloween period judging by decor in the basement. 2. A house recently sold with some furniture left behind (Explaining why the electricity was still on) 3. A house that is soon to be repaired (For example the water in the basement that is a serious problem) In any case it is trespassing (most likely).
Just a suggestion but maybe a better look at the craftmanship of that dining room table from below. The legs of the table look so beautiful. So much detail. Great video though, thanks for sharing.
R&K awesome Video ! Beautiful home ! The electric is still turned on so if any vandals come in to try to steal copper wiring, they'll potentially get electrocuted and possibly die and the water is still on for the same reason, they'll try to take the piping and have water all over the place, And also most likely the woman of the house swept the floors and cleaned the house before they left. Great Video ! And keep up the awesome videos ! That house is clearly abandoned.
love your stuff. a lot of attention to great details. a lot of sensitivity to the past and respect. your wife also does a great job. you 2 work well together
The Dining room Furniture is Ethan Allen Jacobean/Tudor Furniture dates to the late 1970's to the late 1980's. The kitchen appliances date to the early 1990's.
If this house had been abandoned for any great length of time there would be lots, and lots, of dust. The dining room and kitchen were clean. Even the base of the fan was dustless. It's weird that some good pieces of furniture were left behind (especially in the dining room). The windows also were pretty clean. The electricity, water, and phone were on, now this is strange.
Oh yeah Jess, i'm sure they will and then unpack and climb in their beds and.................................OH WAIT!! there were NO beds, NO plates, NO food, etc. LMAO!!
This house does show signs of abandonment as well as dust and dirty water, no one is taking care of it and there are signs of that as well!! I'd like to know where this house is so I can try to research it more!!
If the light are on this means somebody is paying the electric bill and you are technically breaking and entering a private home which is a felony. Did you realize that?
It sucks that you get so much hate for looking at these places. I think it's great that you share a piece of something that was left behind. And not many people get the opportunity to discover abandoned places like this, so I think it's pretty neat. You're very lucky
More than likely either the person or persons have passed on of Cancer or they are in a nursing facility and the family has not sold it or is scwabbling over the house
Johnathan Megee -They seem like a power couple. I’m sure they enjoy doing explores more together than apart! Just keep sending healing, positive vibes their way!
I'll be moving in soon..Really nice place..no dust anywhere looks pretty clean like someone is taking care of the place. I love that dinning room furniture
Wow. This is such a beautiful place. The shots through the windows onto the grounds are so peaceful and serene. Some atrocious paint in some areas and the carpet screams ‘hotel’ but I love it and hope it gets some love and TLC to keep it going.
Seeing some of the door knobs etc , I would have to say it is older than 1950s. May have had some remodeling but I think the original is much older , Thanks
OMG, look at that kitchen !!! I'm willing to bet that's Solid Oak, what I wouldn't do to have that kitchen ! It's absolutely Gorgeous!! By the way that house can't be abandoned, everything looks way to clean, and absolutely no vandalism, that house isn't abandoned, most likely a summer / winter House for a Family, I can't imagine them just walking out and leaving all of that expensive wood furniture like that,no one in Their right mind would ever do that.
This place is really clean compared to the ones you usually show us. The basement was flooded and would soon be in bad shape. Love the stairs and the arcitecture of the place. Thank you
All that furniture, couch's and chair's. French Provincial, the vanity, the built ins in the dining room. Those are worth a lot of money. I don't understand how these can just be left like that. Someone has to own that property, a bank whatever. Even if you were never going to restore this place. At least dismantle it and reuse everything...Great find.
ABANDONED? I THINK NOT. Nobody leaves a place with furniture and power still there!! I think you were trespassing is more like it. You can say there was dust but again, there is nice stuff there, and power still on so someone pays the bill still. So, you are a trespasser and I wonder how you got into someone's property?! Did you break in? Seems to me you had no right being there in the first place dude.
I bet they lost this place due to not being able to afford the monthly payments after coming down with cancer. It's so damn heartbreaking it happens all the time
what a gorgeous home. You guys find the best places and I have not heard you cuss and for that I thank you. I miss your wife. I hope she is ok. God Bless
I do believe it's VACANT.Definitely not abandoned. The owner probably hired somenone to clean the mansion once in a while. That's the main reason why no one vandalised it and you should be sorry for trespassing it.Just my 2 cent✌
Ryan Anderson. So sick of this stupid reply "don't watch" but we do and will give our opinion whether somebody likes it or not. Now what you going to curse me out.
Robb, if you locate the owner by researching the lot and block in the city hall public records, maybe you can strike a deal and at least own the property, or maybe even save the mansion from deteriorating and sell or rent.
Todd Gilbey - The banks have a list of foreclosures which is available on request, for someone who is interested in buying. Foreclosures are cheaper, and they used to be found in the legal notices when newspapers were the norm. Now, you can look online by going to the local hall of records to find out who owns the property, whether it is a bank or an individual.. you just need the address of the property. It's public information. I learned a lot about searching when I worked for lawyers and we were selling our house. We wanted to know how much would be deducted from the selling price to satisfy any liens against our property, e.g. unpaid bills, etc.
This place is being watched by the police through the phone company. Hence when you find a phone connected but off the hook, and hang it up,it notifies the cops someone is intruding. Good luck and don’t stay too long.
Sarensusan Vansborg absolutely, positively not true. No alarm or monitoring protocol works like that. In fact fewer and fewer rely on wired phones. Secondly, that’s a sound effect, dippy.
I'm in the construction industry. I own many vacant properties like this. The taxes, insurance, utilities, and lawn maintenance expenses are paid by me. It may be years before I get around to the restoration. It really just sets me off people now think they're just unclaimed properties sitting around, free to break into and film for their personal profits.
This place is NOT abandoned - rugs vacuumed, no dust, clean lace drapes............sheeeeeesh what the heck is going on with all these NON-abandoned "abandoned" places??? ELECTRICITY? Somebody's PAYING THE BILLS.................
Pretty stupid filming yourself trespassing!!
One day he's going to get busted and charged by an owner.
I agree - that's a very-recent refrigerator.
No way it's abandoned. There's definitely a crime being committed here.
hope he gets fined. How would he like it if someone went to his place and started filming without invitation?
I don't think this place is abandoned, I think it is transition between owners. There is no dust buildup or cobwebs and the fact that the power is still on says something.
irishwench333. Yeah there was lots of dust, flies & spiders in some places & that flooding will black mold and ruin the whole house!
I agree! I think this one is completely trespassed!
Cool video. But. Totally breaking the law. Lucky you didn’t get shot. Seriously
I agree, lights work, telephone, water. Everything in good shape. This looks less like exploration of an 'abandoned' place and more like breaking and entering.
irishwench333
I thought the same. Probably moving house
NOT abandoned. Too clean. There’s a freaking bottle of windex on the counter. I really think you’re trespassing.
He was invited by one of his rich friends or a Realtor to do a tour of the house, as they're moving out. Lame!
Rofl! "Its still blowing out cold air... (with confidence, turns around... and kerplunk)... oh shit"
😅
I appreciate the fact that you guys don't destroy anything and if you pick something up you put it back exactly where you found it. You're very respectful.
I can't even watch the whole thing. I wonder what you would feel like if you had a home that you were slowly remodeling or whatever the case is here. Some stranger in your house touching your stuff making comments? How violating.
and showing all the stuff for people to take, this makes me angry
Carla Helin , Totally Agree 😇
lisa stunda , Agree !
hey, zoegray -- i decided YOUR house is abandoned. i'll be by with my truck next time you abandon your house for a few hours.
I couldn't watch the whole video either, made me pissed just the idea of someone going into someone's home and assuming it was abandoned when it's not.
Bro not even 10 seconds into the video and i knew it was a great one wen u said "built to last" and then the ac unit broke i literally died laughing
Brandon Markowitz me to
Brandon Markowitz lol haha he's grate
Really? You didn't think...."AC still running? Maybe someone still owns this??"
Brandon Markowitz yeah literally died. So why you still alive, brain dead?
LOL
Vacant, not abandoned. The lawn is definitely being kept up.
CoinHuntingDrew true
CoinHuntingDrew there is this dude named forest that cuts the lawn for free bc he likes it
Does it make any difference what u want to call it, vacant? Abandned?we just want to watch and enjoy !
Yeah LOL to my own surprise, I am bothered when a vacant house is referred to as abandon. Did you like this comment your self?
its hard im sure a lot are applying for protected historical status too in order to bring taxes to a managable level
How can the electricity still be on if it is abandoned? Intrusion!
I want that house.
I love how you hang up the phones that are off the hook! ;-)
Dude. My sides hurt from laughing at the AC unit, 😂
Merkhadian me to

Omg that cherry oak vanity is beautiful and worth a fortune
That "oh shit!" made me laugh so hard.
Lol yea
Looks like trespassing

Not an intelligent response. Big surprise ✌😘
Kaitlyn: Blah Blah Blah Blah.
Kaitlyn Dustin
Man videos himself at an open house. Ha! I thought the same thing.
If by UNTOUCHED AND ABANDONED you mean BREAKING AND ENTERING, you may want to pick up another hobby before you find yourself in court.
I don't think it's abandoned. Someone has been cleaning in there......
Terri Sparrow Yeah, and the light bills are paid too.
The table is so clean, no dust and the rest if the house very clean

One thing I Love about Older Houses is because it was a Home, separate rooms and not open concept. Beautiful Home.
Always enjoy and appreciate the respect you show for these places. ....
Give me a break. You know what he meant.

Oh And it took months before the electric got shut off, just FYI
His signature he leaves behind to terrify the victims is putting the phone back on the hook ☎️
My house is dustier than this at any given moment...LOL
Me too
This is awesome and not a lot dust on the dinning room table & Buffett
This home doesn't look abandoned but could be held in probate or held by a trustee while legal matters are taken care of. Maybe the owner isn't dead but is in a nursing home.

NO DUST......so you broke into someones house is what happened. Probably an estate that hasn't been sold yet.
It's gorgeous

So really Jennifer, what;s your point? Oh wait, I get it, there isn't one.
The beginning with the air conditioner was hilarious.
No
RJL738 Wouldn't be so damned hilarious if this was your property, now would it?
A window AC has the front cover fall off or break all the time. It was broke before he touched it. It's funny.
Nice to see it hasn't been vandalized, seems in pretty good condition , thanks for sharing 😍👍🏼
"Smells like something died in that toilet!" Ha ha ha! Man that had me rolling! I've left my share of toilets in that condition lol! Love the videos!
One word: WOW!!! This place is in the best shape I've ever seen in urbex, wonderful that it hasn't been vandalized. I hope it stays that way. elcgmail .
I'm sorry for you loss.
Just be thankful your property didn't get the 'urban exploration' treatment!
William Roden
Thank You & I now know it could have happened... wow! Never crossed my mind until I watched a few of these vids Only major difference was mine was no mansion, just an everyday raised ranch lol

Jeannine Kadillac .
Plus the house had central heat but not air. This makes a house stay on the market longer and some lenders won't bother.
William Roden go North a majority of homes don't have central air conditioning and just central heating! I live in Pennsylvania and you can live without air conditioning comfortably as opposed to say Arizona! It's a big house and needs a lot of updating that's probably why it's not selling as fast!
@Rich do you know where this house is and if it's still on the market I'm interested
It's not abandoned . The people that own it don't use it.
mary wick thanks for giving everyone the definition of abandoned lol
So how do you get in ? Are you trespassing ?
+RnK All Day lol I was a bit late on that one
any place you go without permission is trespassing. that includes land., so yes.
getting in typically is easy, it's the getting out that's the problem :P
I should have said "breaking in". It d be just so surprising if all these immaculate places weren't locked.
I’ve been watching these videos non-stop for the past week being in quarantine. I’ve never laughed as hard as I did at that “built to last” intro part.
Its not abandoned and you are breaking and entering
Thomas Shaw oh go poo
this doesnt seem abandoned. it‘s clean (as in no thick dust on the furniture) and someone seems to pay the bills. dont know how i feel about this so called „abandoned mansion“.
not
Your explores are the best, the only one we watch. I got my 80 year old mother and her friends hooked on your channel. You do awesome narrating and editing love it. We look forward to your latest vid every week! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!
arfizzrazz lol, thank you
How do you wear sunglasses in these dark places?
Urbex&Chill he places them on his face
They make him feel invisible to give him power.
That's too funny but, I have to admit, I've wondered how in the world he sees in the dark with them on lol
Talinda Kelley In this one it wasn't too bad because it wasn't that dark, but i've seen one in a hotel or something where it was pitch dark and he still kept them on. He was leaning his head forward to try to peak out over the top of them. Hilarious lol. He loves his sucka duckas
He thinks he is Casey Neistat.
This is a beautiful house. So glad that it hasn't been vandalized. Great video.
Robb, you're the only one that I watch. You are so funny so good at hosting these "events." xo
Pat Cavanaugh have you tried This is Dan Bell? He’s my favourite by far! Check him out!
Exploring with Josh is really good too! He is currently in Europe doing some extraordinary places!
This house is gorgeous. I can never understand how they are just left to decay...
I wish I could find something like this around and buy it. Absolutely beautiful
Just a suggestion but maybe a better look at the craftmanship of that dining room table from below. The legs of the table look so beautiful. So much detail. Great video though, thanks for sharing.
R&K awesome Video ! Beautiful home ! The electric is still turned on so if any vandals come in to try to steal copper wiring, they'll potentially get electrocuted and possibly die and the water is still on for the same reason, they'll try to take the piping and have water all over the place,
And also most likely the woman of the house swept the floors and cleaned the house before they left.
Great Video ! And keep up the awesome videos ! That house is clearly abandoned.
love your stuff. a lot of attention to great details. a lot of sensitivity to the past and respect. your wife also does a great job. you 2 work well together
Radiology means they had an appointment for X-rays or ultrasound.. if they were receiving cancer treatment, the key word to look for is oncology
Donna Iguana I caught that as well. Lol
Actually Radiology Radiation treatment is how it is referred when you get radiation for cancer.
Rain Disaster it is radiation oncology.
In the hospital I work in it’s called radiology oncology
And it is none of our b usiness--it is vacant, but owned by someone--not abandoned--should not have pried
Looks like someone still does upkeep on the grass.. some rich dude probably bought it that will never set foot in the house
true that
I would live in it for him.
Mat Arndt yeah they must
"That carpet really brings the whole room together"-The Dude
Another incredible video! You inspire me to keep exploring the unknown.
Radiology is x-rays, not chemotherapy.
JanxAngel who knows
JanxAngel yes I caught that error as well. Common mistake ;)
NOT ABANDONED
S. G. YOU DON'T KNOW THAT !!!
The only person who would be living there in these conditions would be a squatter
The Dining room Furniture is Ethan Allen Jacobean/Tudor Furniture dates to the late 1970's to the late 1980's. The kitchen appliances date to the early 1990's.
Wow that’s awesome that you knew who made the dining room
Ethan Allen has beautiful furniture
If this house had been abandoned for any great length of time there would be lots, and lots, of dust. The dining room and kitchen were clean. Even the base of the fan was dustless. It's weird that some good pieces of furniture were left behind (especially in the dining room). The windows also were pretty clean. The electricity, water, and phone were on, now this is strange.
You guys scared me twice. First when I saw your buddy standing there and then the doorbell rang. LOL Love the video.
Any second there going to come back from vacation
Oh yeah Jess, i'm sure they will and then unpack and climb in their beds and.................................OH WAIT!! there were NO beds, NO plates, NO food, etc. LMAO!!
Jessica Darlin haha
Jessica Darlin
Exactly... Get out of their gaff!!!
or back from the dead ...Zombies Woooooo
The water is brown. It's been sitting empty for awhile
Laura Romeo .
Have you seen the number of channels doing this?
It's not going to slow/stop until states strengthen criminal penalties.
This clown probably got busted for trespassing big time.
It sucks that you get so much hate for looking at these places. I think it's great that you share a piece of something that was left behind. And not many people get the opportunity to discover abandoned places like this, so I think it's pretty neat. You're very lucky
What a terrible shame that this house isn’t being cared for and lived in. It’s so big and beautiful, I would live in it in a heartbeat.
More than likely either the person or persons have passed on of Cancer or they are in a nursing facility and the family has not sold it or is scwabbling over the house
Been wondering where you’ve been! So glad to see a new explore! Love em, as always! 👍🏻
Jamie H i thank we all been thanking the same thing lol
Johnathan Megee -They seem like a power couple. I’m sure they enjoy doing explores more together than apart! Just keep sending healing, positive vibes their way!
What a gorgeous home, thAnks for sharing.
Julie Smith youre welcome!
Love the place. So sad its just left to rot. Awesome find guys!!
I'll be moving in soon..Really nice place..no dust anywhere looks pretty clean like someone is taking care of the place. I love that dinning room furniture
This dude’s just simply trespassing That place is not abandoned.
Lawn is cut, carpets vacuumed, Windows clean, electricity on. This place is not abandoned.
Energy saver bulbs and water in the toilet most likely transfer of ownership in the process
Wow. This is such a beautiful place. The shots through the windows onto the grounds are so peaceful and serene. Some atrocious paint in some areas and the carpet screams ‘hotel’ but I love it and hope it gets some love and TLC to keep it going.
I L♥️VE RNK ALL DAY’s old videos!! GooD times!!!!🥰❤️🥰
You Bastards....
This is my Mansion!
I am pressing charges anyone else does this!
bahahahahahaha
With all seriousness I want to buy this home can anyone give me info ty
Seeing some of the door knobs etc , I would have to say it is older than 1950s. May have had some remodeling but I think the original is much older , Thanks
This home is in such good shape.I would love to live there
OMG, look at that kitchen !!!
Really nice it’s a shame it’s going to rot away without anyone to enjoy it wouldn’t take much to restore it to its former glory
You are trespassing get out
bdg
gfggd
Michael Kirst Dude, chill....
Who's not chill?
Raffaella Vitiello , so correct you are !
fuck chill...dude this is disrespectful.....just cuz theyre not lived in doesnt give u the right to enter!!!!!!!
Rusty water = rusted out water heater, probably the source of the water in the basement.
GreenAppelPie 😀
oh right! good call
That A/C unit in the beginning lol
Fcreceptor yeah I was thanking the same thing
breaking and entering still is against the law even if the doors are not locked.
Thank you so much. You brought valuable information to the channel....or did you?
Depends on the person reading it i guess. LOL
depends on the level of maturity of the person reading this, or commenting on it ..your point?
Linda Knight Last time you used a wall or table phone? These were before cordless here. It's been abandoned for over 35 years.
Linda Knight oo
Ed Mck .
I have a smartphone and a land line so what is your point.
William Roden. No smartphone was found in the house. My point was that the age of the phones are showing how abandoned the house actually is.
TEND TO AGREE, I MEAN HOW MANY HOMES DO WE SEE IN THIS SHAPE, THAT U CAN JUST WALK AROUND INSIDE...SUPRIZED THE SECURITY ALARM DIDNT NOTIFY THE POLICE
I bet they lost this place due to not being able to afford the monthly payments after coming down with cancer. It's so damn heartbreaking it happens all the time
what a gorgeous home. You guys find the best places and I have not heard you cuss and for that I thank you. I miss your wife. I hope she is ok. God Bless
Someone's going to end up calling the cops on you. Because they're going to see you in their "abandoned" house while they're on vacation.😂
Such a beautiful place going to waste :( x
Sue Girling I agree such a beautiful place such a waste
Sue Girling ur beautiful
I totally agree with you sue. there is likely a lot of valuable stuff in there.
What a sham a lovely home gone to wast. . !

I do believe it's VACANT.Definitely not abandoned. The owner probably hired somenone to clean the mansion once in a while. That's the main reason why no one vandalised it and you should be sorry for trespassing it.Just my 2 cent✌
Benjouri Adn Well let me give you my $5.00, Shut the hell up you can’t stop him and if it’s that bad then don’t watch.
Ryan Anderson. So sick of this stupid reply "don't watch" but we do and will give our opinion whether somebody likes it or not. Now what you going to curse me out.
Ryan Anderson. Just one more thing. If cops catch him at these "vacant" homes I'm sure he will be stopped.
Very cool, nice that the power was on.
Thanks for the tour.
Love the sunken bathroom. Gorgeous home. I don't see any dust.
All the more reason to let someone know the basement is taking on water.
😂 most hilarious comment yet!!
I hope this guy doesn't know where his viewers live.
Crap, if we left to go shopping he would trespass saying its abandoned.
Okay this is amazing.Almost everything is clean
