Both the velcro(sport loop) & milanese loop will loosen over time. By loosening I mean the grip would not feel as much as the day you bought them. Magnetic leather band has good magnetic grip compared to milanese but it still does not have a buckle to loop the band through so it comes off easily if suppose someone tries to snatch the watch! Though, it definitely looks so good.
The Leather loop you have, sometimes it comes out bcz of sudden movement I have dropped my watch couple of times bcz it. It looks the Best but wouldn't risk my watch.

Steel magnetic hota hai, stainless steel nahi hota magnetic. Toh maybe milanese loop is steel and not stainless steel.
