Offering 3-6 month up front rent is my plan when I move to California in a few months. My fingers are crossed. I’ll be staying on temporary corporate housing for the first few months to get a feel for where I want to say. Pasadena sounds nice. Thanks for the advice!

Hi, this video was very helpful! I was wondering if there are any specific parts of Pasadena that are safe and you don't have to worry about wildfires. Also, I have heard of san Marino too. Would you recommend that?

I’ve never had to worry about wildfires from the mountains. San Marino has great public schools, lower density and not as urban as Pasadena. Home prices are extremely high though! It depends on your preference and financial strength.
How do you help landlords handle eviction moratorium in Pasadena?
I have a eviction attorney that handles it. Not much they can do right now. They said as long as tenant pay 25% of rent every month since last September tenants are protected from eviction until the moratorium is lifted.
@@livinginpasadena what if the tenant aren't paying the minimum requirements of 25%? Landlord still can't evict them until the eviction moratorium is remove. Is this something you will negotiate with the tenant or you leave it for the landlord to deal with it.
@@francestan70 you should be able to evict if tenants aren’t paying minimum 25%. Do you need a eviction attorney?
