    I’m 33 and was raised in one of these with my pops driving I would get the best sleep at night in these man ! This type of truck is what made me want to be a driver … man I thank you for posting these videos for motivating me ! My pops told me to do something like join the marines and go to college because I can always drive trucks and guess what .. even after becoming a marine and finishing college I still wanted to drive and that’s what I’m working on now !

    I remember I drove a 93 white KW sleeper cabover, that joint was a beast.

      @@taethetrucker I can’t remember what trucking company used to have that color. But I do know that JB Hunt used to own tractors like that. Except theirs were a faded yellow.

    Old, I used to drive a 54 peterbilt needlenose with a Cummins 220 3 and 4 transmission

    I started driving in one of those back in 1993. Mine had a 350 horsepower Cummins with a 9 speed Eaton Fuller transmission. Drove one with a 9 speed Rockwell as well. I miss the old cabovers, good visibility, and maneuverability. It's not such a good ride, but you get used to it.

    Yep we went a long ways in them cabinover trucks engine is any kind you want the ones i drove was mack cummiins detroit and a cat worked good narrow 2 lane my wife of 47 years was cozy in there good times kandi rip i love you😢 lot of rembers

    Could have a Detroit Series 60 11.1L like mine, A few had Cats 3406, and Cummins M11 or N14s.

      Are those Cummins really that good? I have a 96 international single wheel axle with a Cummins m11 350hp with 800k miles. I want to hook up ez4 car trailer my gross weight would be 40k lbs

    You bought a truck, you have no idea what engine is it? It could be a Detroit, Cummins, or a Cat.
