Nothing happens, this is every name easter egg in the game (with some excluded since it's just the same response so no point doing it over and over again). I literally went on the OneShot subreddit to get a dataminer's help so I had a list of the names. This is all of them, please stop asking.

This is literally the only OneShot video on my channel and I don't plan on making more. OneShot was an interest I had from 2018 - 2020 but I'm not that interested in the game that much anymore. I still do like the game and still do reccomend it to people but I'm not really in the fandom anymore. I only really make shitposts on my channel and they all differ greatly from this video.

the game is actually completely diffrent on the 2nd playthrough, since your not actually supposed to play twice, so remembering the name is actually lore based

From the world point of view - yes, you was not supposed to do that. From the game point of view - you must do it to get the true ending.

One shot was the only game to make me feel like it was more than just a game.
No "supposed too" about it. That's the name. I love how Niko plays along regardless.
The story of shit. Who feels like shit. He's worthless shit. And Niko didn't push him away or avoid him. They just played along and accepted him.
Shit is still shit. But he's accepted for what he is. As a sadistic monster that takes pleasure it the pain and suffering of others even I find this heart warming. The devs didn't be cowards and wuss out. They're considerate. Brave.

What's funny is that I actually chose the name Niko cause of this game (am trans) but inserted my deadname, so it's a character I stole my name from deadnaming me.

When I first played the game, I was screensharing to some friends on discord, and I instinctively pressed "That's not my name" hoping to use some silly one instead, but my friends insisted for me to put the same name I was called earlier, I had no idea there was an easter egg for that but it was really funny when it happened
The second playthrough thing is supposed to happen if you pick the “Return the Sun” ending for those of you who didn’t know-
If you shatter it you can't get the true ending?
I’m not sure if it’s the “true ending” but it is the good ending
I don't think the choice at the end matters if you are going to do a second playthrough anyway, I let Niko leave and got the same dialogue. It was much more awkward later, though...
The choice you make on the first playthrough doesn't matter if you do a repeat playthrough without deleting the persistent save file. It only like effects one line of dialogue in the Solstice/True ending.

Dude ok but this game is literally supposed to be only played in "oneshot". And they still put in the dedication for these special things who these people will never realize have different outcomes. So they could completely get away with it because you'll never know. But instead they pit in this great amount of effort that most people will never even know exists.
