Twitter user Hornlitz (twitter.com/Hornlitz) let me know the Sky Flyer tutorial gap can indeed be crossed with the double jump; if you let go of the left analog stick before the second jump you can keep your momentum.
This shaves the total down by 1!

EDIT: Grounded Up-B is allowed. A control setup should be in place that disable tap jumps, X, and Y are just normal attacks on a GameCube controller now.

Are up attacks, walljumps, enemy bounces (if possible), enemy smashes, and midair jumps allowed?
I would say that X and Y on a GameCube controller are banned. Any action that happens using them is a “Jump”

What is the minimum number of Pikmin needed to complete Pikmin 2 (collect all treasure)? Glitches to skip onions are banned.
it’s 100 it would require alot of candy pop bud usage and ludicrous skill/luck but you would be able to complete the game with only 100 sprouted ( you need 100 purple to get the dumbbell in the autumn area)
Theoretical answer: 100 as the dumbbell treasure require 100 Chubby Bois (Purple Pikmin) to carry
Most likely answer: over 1000

@@1Blackstar2022 Once you enter the castle. Gotta unlock it though. I don't keep up to date with Hat in Time speedrunning though, so it might be possible but it also equally likely requires going back patches as you said here. That said, this would be very handy for the castle itself.

rules: in showdown town you cannot enter the trolley. Except for the tutorial but you have to get out after. For the worlds and acts 1. Planes are to be used with only one wing 2. Helicopters banned 3 springs banned 3 springs are replaced with boot in the boxes 4. No spec o spy5. Suck and blow engine only 6. Only weapons allowed is egg gun and only one small ammo 7. No cheeseing well that be unintended or the boxes with parts. This may be updated

As an Aussie gamer, my memories of this game were Brittish, but when I watched the cutscenes for nostalgia a couple years ago, they were American. Also, the blue-haired guy's name was Jake, but I could've sworn his name was Buzz! That's probably why GameChamp used the Japanese character names - so that everyone would be equally confused.

Sadly, Crash 1 is impossible boxless. Jungle Rollers, the second level in the game, has a wall of boxes blocking your path. I've also tried every other Crash game, and they all ended in failure.
BUT it might be possible to beat Crash 1 without collecting any Wumpa Fruit!

Wow. I can't believe that anyone actually remembered this game. I remember spending so long on it when I was a 4 year old playing on my PlayStation, playing this game. (This was like 10 years ago BTW.) It was really fun, along with the other games I played. Those were good times for games.

Can you beat HITMAN (2016) without trespassing?
That's the only limit. Feel free to kill non-targets, use disguises, and anything else you need to make your way through the game, but you can only enter areas that you are allowed to be in with your current disguise.
Also only areas that the game considers "Trespassing" are banned, "Hostile Areas" are clearly a completely different thing and completely allowed

Lol no... can hardly call these challenges. You wanna see real challenges then see people who complete games without jumping, without pressing certain buttons at all, without using any analog stick inputs, and so on. This guy just creates arbitrary challenges with set rules to make it so he's able to finish them without putting forth an actual challenge.

@Khaeldranis Sonic Adventure is VERY broken and glitchy so maybe it's possible? Ive seen a video that the stages should actually be possible without collecting rings due to all the shortcuts however the Final egg and Lost World are two different beasts since there straight shots to the goal. Plus There's the Overworld aka Adventure Feilds that VG would have to worry about and that's just Sonics story.

Ok, so my understanding of this game solely through this video is:
Yugi the infinite jumping duel master, Dorothy from the Wizard if Oz, and Grandpa are trying to net monkeys like they're an ugly animal crossing villager using their physics altering abilities and non existent gadgets in a cyber city while Blue Hair Bobby is trying to kill them. Seems legit.
Ariel is smiling at your gadgets and gizmos aplenty.

I still would love to see you tackle a Kirby's Dreamland no-hit run. I did normal mode as a kid but could never no-hit hard mode. This challenge can be enforced using cheat codes to allow for only one HP and a maximum of no lives!

Right now I'm trying to do a Hat in Time jumpless run. It's been fun so far if not totally impossible, so if you're looking for a newer cute platformer to completely ignore the main mechanics on, it's a good one. I did the first level and the second so far
