I have the same engine on my E class. I've been fighting with too often regenerations. Even though we usually drive outside city ECU hits regen every 80 to 110 km. I have the DPF removed and cleaned outside the car. Still the same DPF regens every 100km. The DPF pressure sensor is new. On idle i have 5mbars. During heavy accel. it goes up to 300mbar for a moment. The soot level builds quite fast. There in no error codes whatsoever and car runs great but these regens are too often. Could you give any tip what to do next? I am located in Poland so not really able to use your service. I really appreciate your videos. I watched almost all and learnt a lot about DPF.
I drive my e250 cdi very gently. I'm surprised I don't have dpf faulf codes. But, I use only Total diesel and its quite clean. It saves money long term.
I take it you can't remove dpf in newer car's and re map . I know you can in older cars. Had dpf problem s on a 07 Audi. Kept coming on all the time no matter how much you drove it. Once removed it ran alot better and.aint been on since. Very naughty I know 😊. No main dealers will do it obviously. Had a mobile mechanic pop over for a code reading and give me a number. Cost 300 doh. Highly illegal but hey ho problem solved

Great job , I've a cls 350cdi and if the O ring on the intercooler charge pipe is not seated correctly , it will throw up lots of different faults.

Driving gently doesn't cause issues. Only too many short trips
green o ring broken under 10 € for o-ring but for removing 1 hour job. this is normal broken when change fuel filter

I have same engine and same problem with my car. Pipe is already sealed egr is New and I still have P2463 code.
