  • This is Martin's president, Jim Martin, demonstrating how he and his parents used to make potato rolls back in the 1950s. This was an informal demonstration recorded inside the actual garage-turned-bakery (which is now part of our visitor center) where our company began...back when they sold their products at farmers markets.
NOTE: This is NOT in our current baking facility, and the rolls he made this day were not packaged or sold for the public.

What a jewel I have just found on RUclips. I'm running a very small bread operation out of home in Argentina and seeing him doing this and telling his story is a big inspiration. Your product is amazing.

I only buy your bread if I buy store bread. Other brands don't come close. I also like that there's more protein and fiber, along with superior taste. Only thing, I find this video kinda funny. I know he hasn't worked the dough in a long time but that dough must've started growing a thick skin.

Am I the only one that notices he is not wearing gloves. Really??? And do not tell me that he washes his hands. I am surprised the health dept hasn't shut him down.

Ridiculous comment. Washing your hands has proven to be more sanitary than wearing gloves because more often than not people wearing them don't change them out after every touch of the face etc.

The gloves are the same that clean hands... If you touch something with the hand that has bacteria or something is the same contaminated that if you touch it with a hand... If you wash your hand you are same sanitizated as a glove recently open
