The Big Easy Bacon Cheese Smashburger is my tribute to the wonderful food that NOLA has to offer. I griddled up this beautiful NOLA inspired burger on the new plancha accessory by SnS Grills snsgrills.com?afmc=2b. This bacon cheeseburger starts out with a blend of fresh ground beef short rib and Cajun-style andouille sausage, melted provolone and mozzarella cheese, ultra-thick bacon, lettuce tomato and homemade cajun remoulade, then crowned with bakery fresh brioche buns. 1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs dill pickle relish
1/2 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp caper berry (or caper)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Worcester sauce
1/2 tsp seeded mustard
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Mix well.
