Just when you think he has to be out of ideas for the burger series, he comes up with this. And now I'm off to the store to get what I need for this lol 👍
I can honestly say I've NEVER had a Big Mac, but I'd eat that burger you cooked. The sauce looked amazing and that addition of bacon took it over the top brother!!! Of course, I'd add cheese on the top burger too, but I'm a cheese lover! Cheers to ya brother Greg!!!!
You know, everyone wants to be big and fancy when grilling at home. But the old fashioned hamburger can sometimes be the only thing you need to knock some socks off. Great vid.
Awesome cook as always and definitely one I will be trying! I must say I really enjoy seeing the Sunterra Argentine Grill in the background. Hopefully that’ll make it back!
Man Greg that burger looks KILLER!!! Great job brother! I must say...I’m totally jealous of the amount of bbq toys you have. Your wife must absolutely love you lol!!! Keep on cooking brother!!
Killer looking burger!! Makes my mouth water watching this one. Sweet Yoder as well!! Just about to buy a pellet grill and want the YS640S but going to settle with the Woodwind 36 wifi I think just because of the affordability. Thanks for another great video!
Looks great! I think the only edit I would Make is adding a 2nd piece of cheese with the top patty... I’m partial to a lighter portion of sauce. I think I might try this one out. Love the new piece of equipment, too! Maybe you could do a whole video on that and why you chose it, etc.
Dude you're awesome your videos are awesome "I really like symmetry in my burgers" Iaughed for five minutes on that line Also that version of special sauce no one outside of CA would ever conceive you make me homesick I'm still laughing you totally deconstructed it and you're totally right
Awesome lookin burger Greg. When my daughter was little I'd make the juicy Lucy and she always called them Mac Daddy burgers. Kinda made me think back a little, thanks for the memories. Have a great day brother.
I'm comforted by your law enforcement experience because if The Hamburglar sees this video that little sneak thief will be paying you a visit for sure! Awesome recipe, great video!
Love that YS640S, please review it! Curious how you like it and excited to see some low and slow beef ribs and nicely seared steak with that trap door diffuser......Can’t wait to get one of those! 👍👊🇺🇸
The first part of this video is a review of its features. Believe me, I will be doing some low n slows, and some reverse sears. I used the Fireboard app for the first time last night. I was very impressed.
Thanks so much....I also watch Smokin Joe and he loves this Yoder, many say out of the grills they own that this one is their “workhorse”...Thanks again Greg, excited you have this one and excited to see more of it! 👍👊🇺🇸
I'd actually eat McDonald's if they took a page from your book! Looked awesome. And totally jealous of that grill. I was going to get that exact same setup with accessories, but my back opted for a Temperpedic instead, lol. Maybe next year! Looking forward to see you using that thing.
Years ago i ate two outstanding burger at Checker Burger. One was the Cajun Burger and the other was the Chedder-Chedder Cheeseburger which was kind of a breakfast burger. It would be fantastic if you could recreate them.
140g is total I use for my smash burger that whole family loves. Usually just basic cheese burger with McDonald’s style special sauce&gerkins. Maybe I’ll do this for a special occasion, take away middle bun because we aren’t a family of Pythons
here is a suggestion. take xantangum butter and a little bit of water and add salt for taste. blend it until you get a thick heat resisting compound. then take a big piece of steak and cut it up and unwind it like a carpet. remove all the tendens and silver skin. use transglutaminase and slather the butter compound around it. wind it up and vacuum-pack it over night. in theory you should have a meat with the same fat content as a waguy for a fraction of the cost.
@@BallisticBBQ could be worth a shot. the trick I think is not to let the butter become to much of a barrier so it prevents the transglutaminase to adhere to the rest of the meat. I don't know if it works but its something Ive been wanting someone to try for a long time. :) Hope you get around to it. :D
@@BallisticBBQ I actually found you channel years ago looking how to make a big mac. I saw your old vid and have been a fan of your burger vids every since!
The local stores here in Michigan stock Mt. Olive products, but I've never noticed the pickled onion. It seemed to have a fair amount of green hue to it, does it taste like dill? Take care, Greg.
