Thanks! Very useful info. The polymeters can be very useful in making the track more interesting, definitely gonna try things out with that

Thanks Liam. Really need to see how Follow can be used with audio or midi instruments or tap tempo pedals for dynamic tempo automation.

Thanks for explaining that. 👍🏻 Question: is there also a possibility to move recorded wavefiles in very small sample amounts? For example when you record a guitar signal with 2 microphones? Cheers

Liam, I see that you are able to change the tempo. But the identical steps do not work for me. When I drag the blue line up, the waveform gets lengthened, canceling out the tempo change (the clip plays back at an unaltered speed). How did you drag the blue line down to a slower tempo, without the waveform above changing its length?

At 5:41, you're showing the midi clip view -- the signature is 3/4, but the clip bars are clearly still showing 4 beats per measure. I see the same behavior when I try to do this sort of thing on my own Ableton 11. Why doesn't Ableton correctly represent the clip bars and show only 3 beats per measure? It makes midi editing much more complex and seems to make no sense at all. What am I missing?

Update: I found that if I change the clip length field -- even if I immediately change it right back -- the clip bars redraw correctly. So it seems "just a bug." Thanks for the tutorial!

It turns out you can type it , just the gui is so weak , it doesn't show your clicked in the box. Just type it. Only two decimal places tho.

What about fragmented tempo? It show's up without my knowledge and mess up all my track tempo! I'm desesparated!

Re: time signature change. You've changed from 4/4 to 6/4, not 3/4. How can I add only 3 beats (instead of 6 beats).

Anyway, correct me if I'm wrong, at ruclips.net/video/ANFX3akCl4Y/видео.html you're close to making a polymeter (if you had written a note on the three first counts of the 3/4 for instance) but by stretching it to 4/4's length yet keeping the 3/4 time signature, you're dealing with a polyrhythm instead. It's weird to feel confident about it and also realise I'm going against a professional daw teacher who is probably also quite aware of how they get confused in tutorials in 3/4 to 4/4 of the times they're mentioned.. I'm asking sincerely though.

The graphics interface in Albleton is like from Commodore from 80`ties. Big shame, and ugly interface, and no workflow but the sound is very good in comparison to other DAWS
