    For people that want to get faster weight loss results these are the things I do.
    Number 1: Intermittent Fasting
    Number 2: Drink lots of water
    Number 3: Cut out all junk food
    Number 4: Exercise once a day
    Number 5: Go running / walking
    Number 6: Do moving activity ( do not just stay in bed!) And finally number 7: Believe in yourself and don’t give up because you will regret it! 💕✨

      Intermittent fasting is not something you should do if you don't have the correct knowledge or the assistance of a professional, you shouldn't do it on your own, it can be dangerous

      1234gd it depends on the age but if you do your research then you’ll do it correctly. It’s way better than starving yourself cuz a lot of ppl do that and that’s more dangerous. In my opinion

      I stared to fast for 4-6 hours a day when I was 6 years old to this day which am I 12 years old. It’s for religion (Ramadan) So yeah I’m not forced I actually like it since my metabolism is crazy good like I eat 5 chips a day and 5 cups of milk a day and I’m like her .day 1 structure, anybody have tips for working out ? Like I used to sit ups and it was 100 a day for week or two and legit saw little improvements and it was good. But I then hurt my tailbone and got off track and came back yesterday and can barely do 1 sit-up.
      Should I stick to sit ups or anybody have more workouts to do for sit ups?
      I can’t do push ups or planks for your information so don’t tell me any of that.
      (Broke my arm 4 times so I can barely do those)

      Anna Rodriguez well for me I lost 10 lb in 31 days and yea I know that’s a lot but at least it’s just a month and not like 2-3 months

    Day 2 of no sugar.....i never realized how much added sugar i had like from ice cream, soda, chocolate, and a loooot of mexican desserts lol

      I legit eat 5 chips a day and 5 cups milk everyday like for breakfast 1 cup of milk and 5 chips and for throughout of the day I drink milk and that fills me up, I’m skinny type of guy I have my stomache as her day 1. Have any tips for workout? And no I won’t stop eating chips since my metabolism is crazy fast what I’m actually worried about is me needing to eat more. I need fiber in my system lol. I used to do sit ups 100 everyday but I skipped 2 weeks since I hurt my tailbone pretty bad and I came back to do sit ups for abs and boy I’m tired. So should I stick to sit-ups for abs? I don’t want like that Hollywood shredded lol I just want the packs in the stomache

      Rudo you can keep doing sit ups of course but maybe try doing other types of ab workouts and see what works best for you!

      Cuban Cucumber my belly is way thinner than before and i don’t have swollen stomach anymore. But the food is also a point not to forget because I still have fat left in my belly but not too much (also depends of your genetics) and I wasn’t regular on my exercices like sometimes i didn’t do anything for days...and i have already results😬 so it works, be regular and after a month maybe 2 weeks you will see some results!

    I quit sugar to make it a new life style, I lost 10kgs+ less than 3-4 months because I was someone who ate 5 table spoons and more of Nutella. I was really unhealthy and overweighted. But I haven’t eaten sugar since the beginning of 2019, I’m happy and I no longer crave any suger.
    note: by not eating sugar I don’t just mean Nutella or other chocolate, the things that have sugar inside too, like ketchup and hamburger bread.

    Try erythritol. It's kinda like sugar, but it's not a normal one, it has 0 ccal, because our body can't deal with erythritol, so it just goes away naturally.
    Another option that I use and see a lot of people doing: baking with protein (like, you know, from a sport food store). They are sweet and you don't need to add sugar.
    Btw, did you try an oat pancake? I hate oat, but this stuff is awesome, I make it almost every day, takes like 5-10 minutes.
    And if you like oat, you can try a "lazy" one: put oat and milk/yoghurt in a bowl or something in an evening, put it in a fridge and you'll have you meal ready in the morning.

      Genae K yes, I think the most important thing is finding what you like when it comes to certain workouts / food/ the music you listen to while working out. It’s definitely a struggle in the beginning because your brain is so use to not working out... but after a while your mind expects it & desires it... then it just becomes a way of life!

    Hey hey! You've got a great thing going here👍🏽. Your 2 vids were super encouraging and helpful! I'm glad that you are seeing the changes that you want and that you are feeling good about yourself; very good discipline! I suck in the sugars department, but oh well. It's difficult for sure, but I know for a fact that you can do it! You should try incorporating Russian twists with weights (maybe a 4l milk carton of water or something).
    For me personally, I am working on toning my arms more. It's difficult, but super rewarding (besides not being able to lift up my arms very much). I am now further motivated to get on it!
    You should look into Tabata workouts! My class did a unit on it and it's super fun:)
    It's interval training with 20 seconds on and 10 rest per station. There are usually 8 stations/workouts and it takes about 4 mins to complete a round. It's super challenging, but very rewarding! If you are interested, try to shoot for 4 rounds to start😊. (I'll also find a link for ya) There are special tabata songs that count you down and tell you when to rest and they are upbeat.

      Dark chocolate with a minimum of 70% are actually healthy! Yes in moderation and it is less sweet but it's still chocolate so maybe you could try that as an replacement :)

    Hey, it’s understandable why you ate a lot more fruits. Most people who quit sugar increase their fruit intake or eat a lot more bread. It’s only for a little while since your tastebuds are trying to find another sugar quick fix. Just be careful, because fructose is still a type of sugar :)

      Neele Rausch well, i’ve been doing it since monday so ofc there’s not that much change yet akdjakjs buT !! i’m losing a pound a day ( i’m also doin a diet, not free from sugar but from too much carbs ) n it does hurt after a few sessions but it’s totally worth it.

    Hi first I wanted to say that your recent video inspired me to get back into abdominal workouts and your transformation was very motivating and I hope you progress and reach your fitness goal 😊
    I also noticed while looking through some comments a-lot of people want to lose their excess belly fat and with good intentions I wanted to make it aware that spot reduction isn't a thing. It isn't possible to only lose fat/weight in one specific area, however you can build muscle to target areas which can give the appearance of a more toned stomach or abs. The only possible way to get rid of unwanted fat is to lose weight entirely.
    Many people have different body types and so some individuals will start to lose fat in specific areas, but it isn't the same for everyone. For me, when I lose weight it starts at my arms and the last place I lose weight is my legs or stomach.
    I just wanted to put this out there and let everyone know that no matter what your body looks like its beautiful and the process to reach your goal will all be worth it in the end 💕

    Chia seeds are good for deserts! You can make a mock chocolate pudding using water soaked chia seeds, cacao powder and erythritol (natural sweetener) and it’s a pretty good substitute for any sugary chocolatey cravings! Can take a lil bit of trial and error to figure out how much water you wanna add and how much of everything. But once it’s to your liking it’s good!

      Marina Fernández Sánchez she put the links of videos she followed in her description. There was 3 that she used and you can do them along with the girl. It’s like 30 minutes all together and I was dying after 4 minutes 😭

      You should go on Instagram and look at some #bloating posts. It's amazing how different a fitness guru can look bloated / pushing her stomach out vs. when she's sucking in! We all bloat, after dinner and on our period.

    i struggle in time management, i wake up late. may i ask what time do you wake up? and do you eat first then workout or workout then eat? i feel dumb asking help 😢

      kim junmyeon is watching, some people suggest working out before you eat cause it burns fat easier but working later in the afternoons is fine too.
