I can't tell you guys how happy it makes me to see young people building these things.
Im 15 and I buildt an 80cc bike by myselfe😅
@@nicoapi7401 you have dave all excited now !! He likes boys with their toys
I built mine at 16 and am rebuilding it at 17 :) I guess the stock internals couldn't handle me.
I wish I had the money for a proper project car buuuuut I don't so these cheap things will have to do!
@@nicoapi7401 I was 15 when I converted my old Honda 100 to a "dirt bike". That was 50 years ago. Before that, we had minibikes with Briggs engines. I even had a friend that built one with a Briggs engine from Heath Kit. Big difference back then. Stuff was much cheaper. I paid more for my last two helmets than I paid for my first three motorcycles. But we all built stuff and it has paid off throughout the rest of my life. It's good to know how things work. Glad to see some of you are keeping it up.
@@aDogboydave for sure!
This is probably the cleanest bike I've seen. Absolutely love the colors and design. Sounds really good and potential to do 65-70, hell yea.
That bike goes 45 with out a sweat! That’s a dream bike for me right there
damn very balanced awesome clean build. 60 is about the most you really want to go on bicycle wheels, frame, brakes etc lol. it seems to do 40-50 so effortlessly, this is the way and something i may try to emulate one day
Very nice, clean build! Looked extremely stable even at high speed, and the brakes appeared to be more than sufficient. And that engine is a beast! I wouldn't be surprised if it pulled close to 10hp on a dyno.
Ken HINSON I JUST ORDERED A 75CC FROM HIM. THANKS TO YOU REFERRING HIM.
Are you kidding me?! That thing seriously kicks ass! BRAVO 👏, from Canada 🇨🇦
Which province brotha I’m from BC
Excellent job man looking at that bike will never get old. Cruising at 40 with ease! Sweet man
Masterpiece! Sounds tuned to perfection as well.
Dude, that's legit AF! 👍👏
I love that frame.
U have built one super cool bike.
This is a nice build hopefully this summer I can build one up
I love how this bike looks
This is a monster bike ken builds nice engines good job on the build
Love it . I build them , custom paint , but never had the money to build custom motor.. much respect
Definitely my favorite so far. Awesome bike. I liked the power band
Nice bike 2 smokers rock.I really like the thumb throttle👍 works great on my 52v Tomac 98 special ebike.
I like the idea that you talk about changing sprocket and returning... first time I have heard of that from any bike building post.... they both seem to go hand-in-hand.... sounds like you know what you're doing... thumbs up be safe...
Wow! I'm super impressed bro. Awesome bike...I'm definitely jealous.
Well done mate, that bike is amazing quality build. Wow,.......
Insane ride!!! hats off to ya for that one
Dude 170k subscribers!!! That’s awesome. Love that bike bro she’s a beauty
I LOVE THIS BUILD!! I now much prefer electric for the noise and heat and fumes, but, this bike is so well built it is gorgeous, thank you for sharing it. I would have it as an electric alternative because we can brew our own fuel at home so this would be good option if we ran out of petroleum too!!
This is cool, now I want to build something.Runs good ! That front end seems really stable too.
i have a 60mph E bike and now i want one of these. awesome bike man enjoy.
What's the name im buying either a motorized bike or an e bike next week
my little brother got a Sondors for $500 but it can barely keep up with my ebay 80cc kit... and the higher output ebikes are so stupidly expensive it is just so much more cheaper to build a motor bicycle...in my opinion of course
Hi i have just found your channel that bike is truly amazing I'm not in to the average bike billed but yours is way above average i wish i had the expertise to billed one like yours
God bless you and stay safe in these troubled times 🙋♂️🇬🇧
First off, that thing is freaking awesome. Really. Second off, steering damper. With the flexy bits and geometry, I can see things getting way twitchy at speeds this will go.
Absolutely beautiful, awesome build. Thumb up and subbed.
Great build.
Like the build, personally i like alotta torque,i live in bangor maine in the city so i need alotta torque, the hp bike i had was stolen, beautifull ported china girl,80jet key ignition mxz 65 pipe and the sprockett hub adapter w 42 tooth, was a beast but its gone now.i will build a new one soon when moneys not so tight.ride safe bro
Another awesome looking bike Jay. You are building some sweet looking machines and I truely apprecite the amount of quality and style you're placing into these builds. Keep up the fantastic job.
Oh, it would be great to see you actually go through one of these builds in a video.
thats a awesome bike man
That's sick 😷🤢😈 it reminds me of a
cafe racer keep up the awesome work
Your bike is Badass!
That wonderful love that machine, not a bike a creation wow want one yes as one guy said it is a motorcycle take care stay safe and enjoy cheers
Superb Build ! Brilliant !!!!!
That was pretty impressive
Super clean
Beautiful bike!
Great job go down on your pilot Ken Hinson built a great motor
Fantastic!!!
Design wise...looks great but will need some more work.
Awesome job 👌 respect
Awesome job. Very nice build..
Very CAFE,I like it.Very sweet.Nice job brother!!
Very cool. Would definitely buy one.
I built a nice one.... Mine has nothing on this one..... Breaking 45mph is doing things.... The trouble I had with those speeds is most bikes don't handle well. They get kinna spookey! Great video buddy! Your brave
You can stabilize spooky ride using a screen door closer as a ghetto steering stabilizer, shorten shaft attach w articulating mount on frame and handlebar, really works well , totally adjustable.
eh some people are more comfortable doing 45 mph on a bicycle. I learned to ride on 2 stroke dirt bikes and used to bomb hills on my mountain bike just for fun. i hit 50mph on my dad's ebike and the elctric motor wouldnt even turn on i was going too fast 😂
Nice bike build
Good build great speed bud👍 impressive
That is f"n sick dude.
Fantastic work of art !
Nice ride...billet case and rotary valve...plus some gears...
SOUNDS COOL
I judged your speed by the passing of the Divider lines. Looks awesome bro.
I was about to write a comment when I noticed a guy with my name which ofcourse turned out to be me one year ago. I don't think one single 80cc or ebike at the same level can outdo it yet. Like I said a year ago, that's one badass bike.
Very nicely done
sweet ride!
Yes I agree with you about the sprocket ratio... that motor is tough
WOW!!! NICE!! WORK!!👍🏾
Nice build 👍
super beautiful bike moped it's really class bravo again
Not a moped it's a motorized bike technically not a motor cycle
.mine would have broke 5 times on that ride and its 4 stroke like that Frankenstein bike
KILLA BIKE!!! MAN DOES IT MOVE!!!
Love it bro
Very nice !
Wow so nice
That's a bad ass bike
So cool man big ups
Freaking love it awesome bike
Love the bike bro! Ken taught me how to build my ms440! Also nice watch!
@mike brink not very easily
Built mine too ms660
Awesome bike, but as others have said, that's basically the same power as some motorcycles. Please wear the right gear, asphalt is unforgiving. Gloves, leather, full face helmet, etc. Stay safe!
John N. Some, most
What about the fuzz ‘ when they stop u with all that gear on you ‘ that bike can be heard 5 miles away ‘ great looking build ‘ but where do you go to ride it ‘ it just sticks out it would be taken off u the first day out
Nice bike bro
that's so crazy I kept expecting it when you first took off to like going warp-drive like Star Trek and all I see is a little fire trail behind you with the blue smoke I'm jealous man I want one
Miami has a bunch of cool stuff for those bikes
Love it, very nice 👌👍👏
These bikes are addicting
Mega awesome.cheers
Much love and respect - and this is a fact...
I can't wait to build mine this year. I'm not doing a billet case but I am going to do a case reed for my ms660 (56mm) build. But for practice I'm going to build a ms460 (54mm) piston port build. I figured since it's the first couple times I'll be doing stuff like crank balancing and stuff I wanted to try a more basic built with the ms460 keeping it balanced and trued crank but just a piston port. I have a bunch of new ideas to get some of these things done so I can't wait to start on them. Great video, that kinda power is exactly what I'm looking for so I can get my fatness moving away from a light or 🛑 sign faster, and up very steep hills. I'm going to start with a 36t so it can move me up hills and all easily I'm not looking for top speed, I have crashed at speed and I'm just too old to handle another one of them lol. So 45mph is plenty fast as long as it pulls me up hills if I have to I'll go to a 40t but I doubt it with the power I think it will make. Thanks for posting, this is probably the 4 time I have watched this. Lol.
That's bad ass
Very nice 👍🙂
Could you recommend the page where you bought the engine?
Love it !!
Awesome bike bro no dout she's very Stout very nice bike indeed have a good night take care buddy
that Jamaha is sweet!
Very Nice! My bike at 40mph is enough for me... lol!
Very nice bike, i grew up riding bikes in the 80s since i used to build model cars, sting ray chargers etc. Now, I've done the RC hobby, i have about 25k/30k invested i might sell a few things to raise some money to build a bike similar to urs. Looks great.
AWESOME!
Nice 👍🏼
Nice ride...
i wanted to ask do you have to pedal on take off's like if your at a light in traffic?
Im all about jack shaft of corse i never even rode a motor bycicle but i just love the demos i seen and im all for gears.
Very very nice bro,I want one soo so bad
What crank rod is being used because I know the 56mm piston has to take a 12mm bearing. That's why I haven't built my own frank is I want a real bearing....if you could share that info I would really appreciate it. Super sweet ride
Awesome they r the future.
A Lectron carburetor would be magical on that engine.
What jets would you recommend for this build? Thanks in advance
I just bought the grunt motor with MZ pipe from Zeta motorsports and I have a 26 in bike from bike berry .. What I wish I was able to hook my bike up like you did you have a lot of nice parts in everything looks Of such high quality... Where did you get the throttle that pushes like that instead of twist.. Is it simple to upgrade the disk brakes 2 big ones like you
i wonder if a
(stihl ms270 50cc) chainsaw cylinder would work with bicycle engine?
Where did you get the disk brakes? I have same mags and some amazon disks don't match bolt pattern. Bike looks great!
Beautiful! but... how much speed will bicycle tires take before they blow?
I love it.
Nice .
very nice
