°28 Harvesting rosehips and tying up the blackberries

Hi all, this time we are harvesting rose hips. My grandma has always made sure we have dried rose-hips for tea during the winter. And so when my rose reverted to the wild form, i said “yay”. I now can harvest some for tea and jam. I grew up eating rose hip jam and it is still one of my faves. I was so excited to harvest them. The second thing on my agenda was to prepare the blackberries for the next year. Which ment i had to clean them from the dead canes and then tie them up onto the trellis. For this i used the wire ring binds i bought some years ago. And i tie my blackberries this time so that they all go into one direction. Now we wait for the new harvest next year :)
