This is the 4th video of my How to Cook Chicken Breast series. I've now shown you how to bake, boil, saute and pan-fry boneless, skinless chicken breast. And if I'm being honest...this one might be my favorite!😊Get the full recipe here: marshaeileen.com/pan-fried-chicken-breasts/

Cut breast in half, put olive oil or veg, put seasoning and salt on both sides, season flour, coat breast with seasoned flour. Put butter on skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side.

Thank you for this video! This chicken was a big hit with my husband, I’ll be adding this to the rotation. I had it with salad and gnocchi and the chicken was the best part.
For those wondering, feel free to go heavy on the seasoning. I don’t think I added enough but I’ll know for next time 😊

I tried this, trying to refine my fry cooking (cause I'm nit good af it just yet..despite things still tasting good)... it turned out AMAZING!
I used Chicken Thighs (boneless) and added cornstarch to my flour/season mix and I didn't cut my chicken (cause they're small enough as it is). Otherwise mostly the same following this.
The mess was very low as was the ingredient use (flower and oil mostly) and the results are over my expectations. This was a seriously helpful video for me.
    Thank You very much!
