I’ve just gotten back from doing the via ferrata extreme and I’ve done it in the rain ,its amazing to do in the rain and luckily it wasn’t windy and it was me and only one other person on the course.

Looks great this, my only concern is, it mentions 3 hrs is there any toilet as I've no chance of lasting that long (diabetes)
There isn’t a toilet no. Only at the very beginning when you turn up

@@fathersunglasses6085 yeah mate. It took us 2hrs 20 mins. Last 2 mins of the video I give a review and say about the times etc
Hoping to do this, this weekend. Does it take a lot of strength? I know its 3 hours but how much vertical climbing would you say there is?
Hi Lisa. It’s great fun. I’m not very strong at all and managed it so I think u will be fine. There’s a bit but not too much

I’m quite a scrawny guy so don’t have much upper strength. In all honesty if I can do it most people can
