- The Police do not care about themselves breaking the minor rules but will enforce those same rules on the general public. So all wanted was a simple answer from the Police.
They were obstructive and were not prepared to give me an answer, they even tried to use tactics to try and make me go away..
I stayed for an answer and in the meantime I realised that the Police will try all the dirty tricks to undermine you, even profiling..

This is a masterclass in how to hold public employees accountable. You can sense their discomfort with Yardley asserting his rights and holding them accountable for misconduct. What really annoys me is the blatant contempt they display toward the public.
This is generations old, it’s purely ego and arrogance above the law, cameras and auditors are showing this to the wider public unfortunately this will take another generation to possibly change this, it’s psychologically ingrained in polices heads that we are beneath them, daily newspapers reporting the polices crimes against the public and even there colleagues.
Remarkable piece of film the way you stand your ground against these police tyrants over our rights.

The attitude of these coppers is disgusting…they can’t even approach members of the public in the correct manner….disgusting behaviour….👎👎
They cannot seem to grasp the fact that when they switch on their camera they become a data handler under GDPR and it is a persons legal right to request a copy of that recording, however, if they fail to notify the person at the earliest opportunity, they may not be aware a recording could be available to cover their defence if required. A member of the public does not have to notify them if recording they are not a government body in a public place. Not all members of the public have a camera, so need to know that there is a recording of the interaction.
They know they are breaching it just as they did demanding ID they weren’t entitled to until the uproar got so loud they had to put out a directive. The recording is deliberate a matter of their procedure just like sergeants tearing them off a strip for not getting ID. They are told to get an image. It breaches the law but they don’t care so it goes by default as the public don’t know they are being recorded, identified entered onto a database and tracked.

Free pre mot roadside checks, police will check your property at night for intruders, make sure you get home if inebriated safely or AE if you fall down.
Sergeant , please understand. The police cannot make up laws because they do not like what someone is doing. Yardley , Believe me sergeants do very little. It is up to the people who are having those private conversations to ask you not to film them. If their conversation is private they should be taken to a private room. This man has basically said to himself, who cares what he ( Yardley) wants, let him wait . He will probably go away. There is absolutely no concept of service here, just a subtle aggressive superiority.
Imagine how much crime could be fought if this rabble actually left the station from time to time ! And not just to go to Mc Donald’s ☕️

The Sergeant was practicing "deflection", which is their method of avoiding the questions that they don't like! He just wasn't very good at it! Great audit, please keep on making them uncomfotable until they eventually get it right! Sergeant couldn't even get to the bottom of where they are allowed to smoke, so never going to be a crime fighter!

Earlier today a video went out where an ex Army veteran was arrested by the Police for simply sharing a post on FB that was first put up by Lawerence Fox. Apparently someone "felt alarmed". So every time you see plod wearing a defaced flag of the Country, make a complaint saying how much "distress" it causes and hopefully those wearing an improper symbol will also be arrested for causing alarm, harassment or distress to the general public.
Great audit, everyone of the staff here with attitude trying to bark orders, BUT you shut every one of them down! Well done the Sgt at the end, was a total waste of time! That ,in my opinion ,is the best way to deal with them. I think you are very brave and doing a wonderful public service. I have learnt a great deal from all these vlogs. Thanks for the comment.. minor infringements become major when not addressed. But the bigger picture it was a Trainer police officer saying this 'lie' in front of 3 rookie officers. 2nd all I actually wanted to know if where the officer was smoking.. was it a designated smoking area.. A very simple question that could not be answered because if it wasn't, the training officer would be found out to have lied. So when the full version comes out you may get more perspective as to what happened and why I was being assertive.. Filming in public is not a crime and I actually was not doing anything wrong.. thanks for your comment always appreciated.

Sgt knows full well it’s not a smoking area. So insincere. I personally have never had an issue with police. But thru covid and these interactions, I have grown a true hate for them.
All I asked in the beginning was.. is that a smoking area.. he said yes.. but he really should have said No.. That's what got my back up.. its the minor things that show how the Police behave..

I stayed at the station to resolve the issue.. If I had left without that.. I would of been laughed at by this station.

Subscribers please take onboard the fact that type of channel is monitored daily by the law to see if they can find anything out of line that they can nick you for so be very careful they have been to peoples houses and either prosecuted or put them under caution for what they wrote so I say again be careful. How is it that these jokers allowed to get away with making money from winding up police officers? Follow them home and discover that they also film round schools and kiddy playgrounds "because they are allowed to". The other aspect is do they pay tax on their earnings? Or more likely are they on benefits and not paying any tax?
Can tell you now their smoking area is BEHIND those blue bike sheds. They're not meant to be smoking there and the bosses would be pissed as its under their windows
Hadfield police would do well to read these comments to ascertain how the public feel about them. They are men and women just in a uniform. What changes when they put that uniform on? How do they think it empowers them? Are they doing the job for the power or to uphold the law? Because most of the public have a poor view of the police. Their poor understanding of the difference s between law and legal and how they think they are immune to being challenged. Keep up the good work Yardley you are helping decent people understand the police are accountable and when they take their uniform off they are not immune.
The Sergeant is ridiculous here going off in a tan drum here if alleged victims/victims want to discuss private matters where there are victims of crime wanting to report a crime etc it is up to the investigating officer/officers who is dealing with a crime/report to take the alleged victim or victim away from public view into a private designated area where no one can film him or her reporting stuff that isn't on the auditor or a person hearing that and filming that if that is caught on film in public and it is heard that is solely on the police who would be to blame/responsible for that and they would be in breach of GDPR etc it has nothing to do with the auditor or another member of the public if they overhear that in public because there is no right to expectation in privacy in public what type of a clown is that Sergeant he would have got destroyed by AB because there was an officer in Essex saying the very same thing and AB stated exactly what I'm stating here it isn't up to the auditor to create a victim's victims' privacy or privacies it is up to the investigating officer/the officer who takes the alleged report of a crime down that they have a duty of care/responsibility to make sure that the victim is taken to a private area away from public view so they aren't recorded filmed what is going on otherwise anyone can hear and film it if someone does that would be the fault of the police etc

Good for you I was detained there last week did you not notice it's in your film the broken lamp post with sharp edges and electrical wiring exposed and the are more exposed electric wire around the site the toilet don't lock from the inside and they as a police station are trans phobic very trans phobic they say they can take my car because I look like a man and it registered to me a trans female I was detained in St Alban's and abused and forced searched I'm sixty never in my life have I had a mark on my name or bean searched
