  • Here I demonstrate how you can convert your factory drum brakes on your Datsun 510 to disc brakes using Futofab’s disc brake conversion brackets, and rotors and calipes from a 1982 Nissan 280zx. Drum brakes really just don’t cut it in this day and age, and based on my plans for this car, are frankly not safe. This conversion is highly recommended if you want a safe, responsive ride when increasing the horsepower in your 510.
