That isn't true. Superconductors have EXACTLY zero resistance because of quantum mechanics. Not a negligible resistance, ZERO. What's being referred to in the video is no stray capacitance or self inductance, which isn't possible even with superconductors. Superconductors only handle the zero resistance part, not everything else.
@@Owen_loves_Butters so then one could say "zero impedance wires" would be the magic wires? Because it would be true that even superconductors have a tiny tiny tiny bit of impedance due to stray capacitance or some leftover inductance and it would still be correct to say zero resistance

Very difficult. There are 3 phase inverters that exist (commonly called variable frequency drives, but you have to make sure you get one that's capable of putting out 3 phases). The inverter types are basically a switching power supply, but instead of having one or a few DC output voltages, it has 3 output AC signals that are properly out of phase with each other. The bigger the load it can handle, the more expensive it is. Many years ago we had what are called "rotary transformers". They were nothing more than a single phase motor and a three phase generator wound together as one big motor. It was basically a single phase motor turning a three phase generator. Again they are really expensive. If your load is rather light you can fake the third phase with a capacitor. Many single phase fans use this. Any high power single phase AC motor will have two capacitors. One that only starts the motor and gets switched off when the motor finally spins up. If you don't switch off the capacitor, the capacitor will blow up. For true three phase you need to contact your electric company and see if they can wire a third phase to your house or business. This is the only proper way to get it.
