I have seen that there exists something in me which doesn't want to make the right effort. Ego doesn't want to see that my being is in wrong states and that right effort is needed to get into better states. Something finds it hard to accept that there is a disease in my being and my being needs to get free from this disease.
Such conversations with such honesty mutually is such rare that the very spending of time watching them is enough to completely change the watcher, albeit for a less time.
