I will probably actually cry if the Jets win the Super Bowl. I wouldn’t know how to react honestly
I'll tell you how to react: you're going to run around yelling "WE WON LIX! WE GOT LIX!" Volume to be increased depending on how many Dolphins/Bills fans are in the immediate vicinity, obviously.
Imagine it! "LIX" could be for the Jets what "RINGZ" is for NE fans. If it's another generation before a third Lombardi, that's alright. Why? LIX.
If the Jets win the Super Bowl this upcoming season it’ll be a dream come true for me.
it’d be a dream for all of us, man
Me too
Me three man, me three
Thanks to the Tucker Carlson interview with AR, Putin has guaranteed a Jets victory.
I swear people on the internet have the wildest imaginations lol I gave you a like 😂
Even if AR takes a step or two back, these receivers and especially Breece will mask any rust he might have accumulated. I think he’ll still be in the running for MVP this year as long as the team stays relatively healthy.
I would be crying and breaking down in tears if we win the Super Bowl
It’s the coaching staff which worries me.
Jets should be a playoff team this year. Super Bowl is another story. Would like to see Jets go deep into the playoffs.
If rodgers wins the jets a super bowl I’m getting a rodgers statue In the front lawn
I’ll get the tattoo on my heart at the parade
I’m more hyped for breece than anyone. It felt like the only time we could score a TD last year was if breece took it 50+ yards to the house. He might look unreal this year.
Don't forget, Breece couldn't pass the line because he had no one blocking for him, so ZW had to throw it to him at the linebacker level. THAT was the Jets running game. Ai ai ai....
I definitely think the Jets win the Superbowl this year, very solid team on both sides of the ball.
if the football gods get it together and let us stay healthy I believe with this defense we can win it all
What better way to end the longest playoff drought in team history (13 damn years!) with a return to the Super Bowl (we last did it 56 years ago!) . The football Gods owe us this!! Let's f'n GO!
I don't just want a Lombardi, I want the Jets to specifically win the "LIX" Superbowl. Coolest Roman numeral combination EVER.
Super bowl you say. I truly love the sound of that. Health is going to be the concern though. If we can stay healthy, Super bowl is a possibility. Go Jets baby.
"Tyler Conlin is underrated" is the sine qua non of people who've watched the Jets and actually know what they're talking about.
Josh Allen is good, but top 5? Way too interception prone for that ranking. His saving grace is his running ability because with his frame he is hard to tackle one on one.
We hurt his feelings in MetLife last season with Zach as our qb lmao can’t wait for the rematches with Rodgers
Reddick has shown signs last season that his best days may be behind him. Don't forget you have Carter Warren who has experience at both tackle spots for the Jets. The rookie could sit and learn. Hope he has a long career. Once Dolphins leave Miami they don't play well. They don't play well in cold weather either.
They need to put, actually settle AVT at LG.
Why? What's wrong with right guard? John Simpson is a left guard.
@@kelleywilson141 he’s better the. Simpson. LG more important position then RG.
Injuries, Injuries, Injuries, that’s the name of the game for Jets season
Completely different season
I smoked a bone last time they won. I’ll do the same if they manage it again.
In all seriousness (except I'm dead serious about this superbowl not being like the others, because it's LIX), folks teased the Jets about hype and Superbowl predictions last year -- which totally wasn't the organizations fault, since Hard Knocks just showed up and set up shop. But no Jet fan, no TRUE Jet fan, ever REALLY thinks we're going to win the Superbowl. 1998 is the one exception in my lifetime, and that had a couple of seasons to build up: we were basically like what San Francisco would be like this year if Mahomes retired.
I think we'd all go through a "nothing is real" phase if the Jets took it all the way.
j want jets get afc east title from bills
So Mike Clay can’t be trusted… got it. Can the jets have a winning record first. Then make the playoffs. Then win a few playoff games.
It’s like jumping from 7-10 to 14-3. Chill. I see 6 absolute loses on the schedule. 49ers. Split with bills and Miami. Houston. Rams. Is a lock. Jax, Colts, Arizona, Seahawks and Pittsburgh are tough games. That could be 9 loses
Idk about Arizona and Seattle but I agree with everything else you mentioned
We beat Houston last year with Zach Wilson lololol
Buffalo will CHOKE. They always do!
I've been a Jets fan since before Joe Willy shocked the World and delivered our one and only Superbowl, so I've seen the mountain top and suffered through the seemingly endless abyss. Douglas has built a solid roster which could achieve great things with a little luck on the injury front and some expert coaching. On the defensive side, they have some of the best, if not THE best staff members in the NFL. On the offensive side they have literally zero, probably the league's least competent coaches. This will NOT get us to the Superbowl. It's even worse now that the reports became public that the Jets tried to hire an offensive overlord to ostensibly replace Hackett and minimize his input and damage. Douglas/Saleh failed the team because they gutlessly refused to just fire him and move on. Now they're in the WORST possible situation with an OC that NO ONE, except Rodgers, wants or respects, no Assistants under him that have any potential, and a totally defensive-minded HC. It's delusional to think the Jets are going anywhere if this situation is allowed to fester all season. The sooner they fire Hackett, the greater the chance they can salvage a good to great season, no matter how many games Rodgers plays or doesn't play. Can you imagine how good this defense could be if the offense wasn't going 4 and out 60% of the time?
I disagree. Rodgers is running the show. Hackett calls in 2 plays and rodgers picks which 1 he wants. If he doesn't like those he changes it. 2 mvps with Hackett.
@kelleywilson141 That was the plan last season, too, and we saw how that worked out. Rodgers injury came about last season because the O-line followed the play call and he didn't. His buddies, Cobb, Lazard and Hackett were all terrible. There is zero evidence that his judgement will be any better. Do we honestly think he's going to play 17 games? History and common sense say no. A good OC does a lot more than just call plays and Hackett will be the elephant in the (locker)room until they summon the courage to let him go. They definitely will, but Saleh & Douglas have proven way too many times they will wait until it's too late to salvage the season.

Matt-
Common sense says....hoping for a winning record is a logical mindset.
As always....the NYJ are just one injury from disaster.
If Garrett Wilson goes down....
....then who will backfill the lost of production?
8-9 wins is a realistic expectation.
Every team is 1 injury away from disaster
They won 7 with zach wilson and now the team is stacked everywhere. 8 wins is a ridiculous number
@@kelleywilson141 Please review the activity of the NYJ 2024 opponents....realistically.
And why do people keep saying that the Patriots are starting a rookie QB over Jacobi Bissette? No way Mayo does that.
@@michaelrobinson6014 you just said Brissett lol
@@kelleywilson141 my bad....but
It was funny when he lead the Commanders back....with that less than stellar roster....and almost won the game until someone in the organization said STOP.
Because they didn't want to lose their draft position.
They have to beat the chiefs my guy if they wanna go to the Super Bowl
Almost happened last year with Zach Wilson if that bullshit holding call didn’t happen 🤷🏽♂️
@@julianodirenzi5719 different season
@@maddoxvacio7973ya now the jets are even better. Chiefs got worse by losing best cornerback.
@@kelleywilson141 jets fans let’s see how it goes lol
The Chiefs???
You discredit the Browns...Bengals....Chargers....Jaguars....Ravens....Dolphins....and Bills when you say that.
Gosh...
Why is it...that every year....all the NYJ fans....tout what the Jets have done in the off-season and draft. ..with little to no regard to what their opponents have done.
And then they are disappointed when their perceived expectations are not met.
Anyway...
The 3 teams that have my concern....
Titans
Cardinals
Texans
To me winning these games will be significant.
The Titans are not as bad as the New York based media is selling.
The Cardinals had an excellent draft....with a fiery coach who knows what it takes to get to the Superbowl. Kyle Murray should be better.
And the Texans killed it in off-season. The NYJ thrashed them...30-6....last season. I predict a MUCH closer game this season.
Please stop with the Super Bowl predictions! Just see what happens! Remember last year?
Not a popular thought. Wouldn’t be surprised if Lazard has a comeback season. Think he and Rogers history may show. And Miami and Buffalo SUCK!!!!
The caliber in the NFL now did not wait for the Jets to become a threat. There are a half dozen elite caliber teams and have legit coaching. JETS with Hackett and Salah will suffer as neither one of these men have the ability to do the jobs and are there on favors and personal friendships. This will cost them from going all the way. Jets must get a legit head coach.
