Just replace the wird yeast as a yougurt on subtitles. This is just a direct translation of the word "maya" in Turkish. However in English it would be a yogurt culture.

What an interesting method. Usually I have it fermented for 24hours but in your case just 4-5 hours and 20 hours in the fridge.
Sometimes I do it your way too, but I find it easier to do it this way.

This looks absolutely delicious!! If I wanted to make yoghurt using only 1L of milk, how much yeast would I use?
