I cried like a fool in this very last episode, and now im sad again cause the finale is almost here already.I adored this season,it was so fantastic,i cant get over how perfect it was.
Curious of what is to come after this. Amc bought all the rights to Anne Rice's books. I know the follow ups don't really follow this any longer but jump back and forth with Lestat story instead but will be interesting.
I cannot find the source anymore, but I am pretty sure one of the guys in charge said season 3 was going to be Rockstar Lestat (aka Queen of the Damned inspired) and if they do that I am sooo here for it!
This episode breaks me, Claudia and Madeleine shine on this episode, I cried for them, and I hated everyone (except Louis and Armand). And her last speech, I do hope she k*lled everyone after what they done! And I won't be surprise if Lestat fans, on the show, I mean, people STILL blame Armand. Even when Lestat DIDN'T tell them the laws, and when HE just watched Louis almost get off like Claudia and Madeleine, if it wasn't for Armand saving him. To be honest, I don't believe some of Lestat's statements either. And I didn't feel sorry for him, and this episode it made me hate him more! I know people will try to make Lestat a "victim," but he is JUST AS GUILTY for k*lling Claudia and almost Louis. Again, the show is different in the book. Lestat in the book was more passionate and told them to leave Louis, whereas in the show, he was effin cold and didn't do anything. Armand in the show showed more feelings and regret, whereas in the book, he was the one who was calculated and cold. Santiago and the vampires of the theatre are also to blame, but for some reason, I like Santiago because he makes a good villian.
Idk Armand sold them out to save his self . He knows how much Claudia ment to Louis, I wish she (Claudia ) would had said something to lestat as she became dust. As she looked at him. Like Karma is coming back.
I think he was being controlled. At the end you could see he was proud of Claudia’s speech of revenge. Also, he looked like he was swaying and in a trance at the end. I think they were controlling him so he couldn’t save her. I believe he would have tried. She was still his daughter. Armand came through at the end to save Louis but he definitely was powerful enough to save all 3 but again, he chose. All the characters are flawed including Claudia. The fight from Lestat’s POV revealed that he was afraid to lose Louis to her and that she continued to come between them. She too manipulated Louis at times. After all they are vampires. lol!
Are you kidding me, please rewatch season 1. bc there were big moments when I felt Lestats pain. Being a maker is like that of having a child. To have your child that you made betray you, has got to be the most painful feeling in the world. As a mother, I felt his pain.
“I’ve come to kill you”. Please. Louis part in this tale is mostly a wrap after book 1. Let’s be clear, the vampire chronicles are Lestat’s story. And thank goodness
"Thank goodness ".....what does that even mean? Obviously you know the Chronicles are mostly about or written by Lestat, so what else would you expect? 🤷
@@RoadtoNowhere73 Yes Dear, please forgive me🙏🙏 This last episode got me messed up, so much so that I watched it 4 times back to back, I just couldn't stop. I have been awake since Sunday except maybe 5 or 6 hours, I am off my meds....but this reminded me to get back on them before I see my therapist or he may commit me. Again sorry, I read 25 different messages in those 2 words. 🥰😍
Louis got the fire gift now!
I been telling people this sense I saw Louis set them pics on fire .i was like is he doing or Armand

THE BRAT PRINCE LIVES!!!

Did Louis say “I’ve” or “They’ll” “come to kill you” I couldn’t tell
“I’ve”.
I’ve
Who is that falling?
Armand
Me
I think it's the lady that the theater vampires kidnapped and killed on stage.

Does anyone think I can cook a steak on Claudia?
It’d be covered in ashes, hardly appetizing lol
