Dude... it's a video from someone's phone, at a concert, where filming is not the activity people are there for. They are they to enjoy and sing along and experience a live concert, like literally every live concert I've ever been to. So I'm questioning what you are expecting here. Go watch a music video of the song or a professional live production of it. Stop coming to cell phone filmed videos and expecting the person holding their phone to be a professional filmographer and camera operator and sound person. This video was enjoyable. I got to see a bit of what Dodie's stage presence is like and I'd love to attend live one day.
