Omg yes i relate to the whole fear of getting older, however to counteract it i try to find older women role models who aren’t in their “youth” anymore but remind me that being healthy, confident and beautiful has no age limit. :) Just shifting my mindset that way has helped so much

My room is always clean but my bed is never made because I actually had read an article once that said unmade beds are cleaner and less likely to expose your bed/sheets to growth of mites and bacteria from air/light exposure. Fun fact? Not really but don’t feel bad about not doing your bed because it’s actually cleaner that way.
