Yeah… you should hear the parts they left out of the trial. Specifically, the after math of Johnny Depp’s fingertip being severed. It’s unfortunate it was agreed they would only submit audio as evidence (that she recorded) which only had the two of them and no one else present. Incredibly Average did a breakdown two years ago. Worth the listen for more context. That’s how I know she lied about her gown being ripped off, naked, up against the wall being penetrated with a bottle in the same incident where his finger was severely injured.
This is exactly why we should never just simply believe someone stating they’ve been abused by the 30 year hard worker without proper evidence or even a statement by the supposed accuser. We didn’t know if he did it then, and we know *now* that he didn’t do it - and yet, so much of the public simply didn’t care. That’s how we repay a hard working man who loved his job and enjoyed bringing entertainment to the public. I don't think that's true. when you feel you are not believed you are focussed on saying things that demonstrate situationally you were there, and rembering odd details is a function of stressful events. I remember details like structures of soil falling down when I've been thrown in trenches, it's like your child brain seeks security in what's in front on you.

NONE of this trial is to win a defamation claim over an article years ago. Having watched most of the testimony and her previous deposition, I have concluded she is an evil psychopath who deliberately destroyed JD's career because he wouldn't give her penthouses 1, 3, 5. The range rover and $50k each month. She was also a drug addiction and had a $1,000 a day wine addiction (2 bottles of $500 wine a day). They were supposed to amicably divorce in private and when JD was off in Europe touring with his band, she decided to call the media and file a TRO. Lawyers say that for high profile cases, the lawyer usually goes to court, not the husband or wife and they do not stage the whole event. She obtained the Tro and had a bruise on her face. No one witnessed any bruises on her face from the incident to the day before the Tro. The day after the Tro, the bruise miraculously disappears and she is not wearing make up. There are videos and testimony that JFranco and EMusk visited AH while still married. The night of the bottle incident and the finger cut off, AH secretly recorded the aftermath. If she had truly been assaulted by a wine bottle and her face etc so violently, there would have been signs of abuse. The Dr and Nurse were recorded that night and were looking for his finger. Neither the Dr, nurse or any of the security people noticed anything was wrong with AH. Ah was worried about JD dying from Alcohol and drugs and said she loved him and didn't want to leave him. 2 days later, she is doing modern dance number with a man. She is wearing spaghetti strap backless leotard and is dancing barefoot. NO INJURIES. Her feet weren't cut up and neither were her back, face or arms. She would secretly tape people without their knowledge and she admitted on another audio recording that when they fought, JD would walk away, which would infuriate AH and bring out the "animal" in her. Her words not his. She also called him a coward for not staying there and finishing the fight. She mocked him for being admiral for walking away and not engaging in her violence. When she talks, she is making contact with everyone in the room especially the jury and there are no tears. She pretended to be afraid of JD when she was leaving the witness stand but later was caught on video laughing when she almost got into JDs car. She lied about the $7million she was supposed to give to Children's Hospital and ACLU. And she bought him a knife and it was engraved Until Death. Abused people do not give their so called abusers weapons! She is an animal about I hope she never works a other job in Hollywood! She disgusts me!

If you are leaning on the UK verdict AH wasn't cross examined, nor was she required to do anything more than give a statement since she was a 3rd party. Thus, any claims of hers in the UK were not allowed to be meaningfully cross examined with the evidence. Virginia got to the bottom of some of the facts, and the discrepancies between her statements and witnesses. The lean some of the AH supports do on the UK trial, negates that she was able to avoid direct testimony that exposed the inconsistencies, ala lies.

Yep. I am actor, and this doesn't pass the sniff test. In acting, we call this "Presenting". Instead of genuinely feeling the emotion of the scene, you are instead, mimicking the emotion as you have seen it portrayed by others. Problem with presenting... It often lacks honesty.

I also don't generally follow celeb stuff and I also find this case interesting. She's so...odd. I'm no fanboy of either of them but it's pretty hard to side with her. Everything she does is so...theatrical. Even when she's just sitting there watching other people testify she seems like she's putting on a show with the expressions she has on. It's like everything she's doing is deliberate and for the jury. Though Johnny is an actor too and a far better one so maybe he's also putting on a show and I'm simply falling for it. Still, she seems far more sus and is a proven liar so gonna have to give Johnny the benefit of the doubt unless something major changes my mind.
This is the women who quite literally squatted down and took a shit onto his pillow when leaving him. That is not the actions of someone who has been assaulted to the levels she claims. This is the actions of the abuser in a relationship.
As someone who’s been abused by an ex, and I almost could’ve lost my life in his hands, I never cry like that when I talk about my past trauma. After going through so much with him it’s like I am numb after living it. And I’ve met a lot of women in my situation and when he tell me their stories they don’t cry either because you get to a point when you’re an abusive relationship where you become so numb it becomes normal
I have seen few interviews with a woman who was very badly raped, she almost died. It was horrid. She then tried to commit suicide twice. She ended up on the wheel chair and recently passed away prior her past injuries. She never cried like this in those interviews, she was describing everything with such detail and it almost seemed like she detached herself from that story. She had straight face and absolutely no tears.

Amber does not perform well on the stand, that is clear. But this isn't a performance, it's real life. I believe her. Johnny Depp is an aging movie star who has an extreme drug and alcohol addiction problem. He's been known to trash hotel rooms and destroy objects when he's drunk and high. Is it so outside the realm of possibility that he would then take this rage out on his much younger wife who is also an actress? It's crazy how people are making excuses for Johnny just because she doesn't perform well on the stand. He's an alcoholic, takes Adderall, Quaaludes and cocaine. This messes up people's brains especially over years of addiction.

Ok time to get this straight. When they played multiple clips of her n Jonny fighting she did NOT SOUND AFRAID AT ALL!!!!! And there were multiple clips with her taunting and making fun of him repeatedly. Well if your being physically abused, the last thing on earth you would EVER do is taunt your abuser. That makes it open season for the abuser to find a reason to beat the living crap out of you. She is lying...period!

If he had beaten her the way she said he did, pummeling her with his fists, and kicking her in the back with his boot, she would have been covered in bruises. But the thing that convinced me she was lying, and maybe even provoking him, was the video of when Johhny was slamming things around and she came in and started filming him. She didn’t seem at all scared of him when that was happening, and even after he discovered she was filming him, she still didn’t seem afraid. She was very calm, not frightened. It was as though she wanted to catch his bad moment on tape for future use. Yes, Johnny was no angel, but I think she drove him to distraction! I think she is a complete narcissist, that harangued him and tore him down by her constant verbal and physical attacks on him. I also think that in essence, Johnny ended up marrying a version of his mother, (which is something victims of childhood abuse do). They do it because it is what they are used to, and what, deep down, they think they deserve. I know, because I ended up marrying a version of my own father.
She definitely was trying to catch him at his most vulnerable. If you didn’t know, the video she took of Johnny slamming cabinet doors in his kitchen was when he learnt that his mother had died and also that his financial managers had stolen over $500 million from him over the course of many years.
I'm not gonna lie I could deal with being assaulted, cut, or stabbed by a woman I was with or even clean up the insane shit like shitting in the bed but what I couldn't handle would be publicly making me out to be the abuser after letting her get away with doing all that to me
And thus what this trial is REALLY about. Depp doesn't give a sh!t about the money. He wants his reputation back and that's why he fought to have this trial televised. It exposed her for what she is: A total nutcase.
If she was ever hit to a point where she was blacking out or losing consciousness in any capacity there would have to be bruising, yet they cannot produce a single photo that looks undoubtedly like abuse. Entirely a fabrication.
Most cases of DV are w/o photos. The problem here is that she takes photos, but they don't record the major injuries she claims. A photo of a small bruise (can easily be from hitting door), but no photo of busted face? Why would she make a photo of most benign piece. Either she would take photo evidence of the worst abuse as a proof or she wouldn't take a photo at all. In her testimony about Aus., she says the was slammed around like a rag door, broke ping-pong table, send flying across the floor covered with glass shards.... This is a situation where security guy took JD to hospital with severed finger(=his client has been significantly injured). He testified that she didn't look injured. Is she made of adamantine? The recording she made doesn't show her to ve afraid of JD at all.... I am unconvinced so far. Her way of testifying on the stand doesn't do her any favors, but it's the other stuff that just makes her noncredible (at least so far, she will have her witnesses).
The photos they have produced don't reflect her statements....she could have used makeup to make it look like a little bruising, plus all the other pics look staged and I hope the jury see through her

Hers is all over the place, her lawyer getting objected left and right, she recovers from her emotional responses quickly. She talked about getting bear up before the Mortdecai premiere with a backless dress, if you look up the premiere photos she has no bruises or marks anywhere So much inconsistency

I have experienced dv and have spoken to hundreds of other people who have also suffered from DV I have never heard anyone describe what happened to them the way Amber did, she gave a sequenced account about the environment around her rather than the physical pain, feelings, sounds smells, and even tastes that's what we remember. I have never been angered and sickened by anyone's description of a DV experience, except when I watched Amber get up on that stand and clearly and blatantly lie, and do it in front of the real victim Johnny.
Yeah, when you're fabricating information, suddenly everything is crystal clear because you just thought it up. Real stories, small details get lost and you tend to focus on the most significant events, like the beating.
Have you ever spoken with a DV victim who had aspergers? I'm just using aspergers as an example with how a person may see things differently than what is considered common. What are your thoughts on that and also what is your level of education in psychology? Based on your experience, it sounds like you have at least a masters degree.
She doesn’t actually shed tears, her face isn’t wet over hours of testimony, she doesn’t have an issue with mucous even though she pretends to break down and have to stop talking and she pseudo-hyperventilates. She neither sounds like there are any fluids running which is how it works when you cry, nor does that tissue that she wrings the life out help her sell this bad acting, and her face never gets red or blotchy even though she spends so much time with her face scrunched up and trying her best to cry. She maybe raises her BP while contorting her face, but the second she stops you can see that her face is neither red/pink or splotchy, not once. Also, she turns this emotion on and off throughout the huge amount of objections (which were almost entirely sustained - meaning good for the Depp team). She stops when the objection is raised and then turns it back up as soon as it’s resolved one way or another. From someone who has experiences SA, who understands biology from over a decade working in emergency med services, this is not how the body works or how the crazy injuries she supposedly sustained in, for example, Australia, where she for once did not take photos of any of her injuries. She would have required medical attention and most likely stitches, but she didn’t mention any medical attention (except to say that her team of providers were really, really trying to sedate her afterwards) and she flew back to the US within 24 hours and was accompanied by someone who sat next to her and who attested to not seeing any of the alleged and horrific injuries she claims occurred which would have made it impossible or excruciating to walk (slipping and sliding around on glass which being supposedly choked numerous times), which would have certainly bruised the delicate throat tissue, and she was photographed by media and none of the aftermath of this alleged assault were obvious (likely why there are no photos from her or anyone that was around her (and no, they were not all paid by, or beholden, to Depp). Finally, there are hours and hours of tapes recorded by the two of them in which is it obvious that Heard is emotionally, psychologically and physically abusing Depp, along with healthy doses of Gaslighting and continuous yelling and berating that as soon as fights get to a certain point he ‘cuts out’ or ‘takes off’ and disappears to avoid the fight becoming physical from either side. This is a woman who was supposedly so afraid for her life that during all of this, she bought him a rather large bowie knife for a gift with “hasta la muerte’ (meaning, “To the Death” Or “Until Death”) and finishing the inscription with her nickname, “Slim“. She asks him to meet privately with her (through their one time agent, in spite of having an active restraining order against him (yet again, does that sound like someone afraid for her life), and their conversation is taped where you hear Depp politely offer to resolve things with her after out of the medias eye (after she has already done him so much damage, including his reputation and career, and she says that she can’t because she has staked her credibility on the abuse charges, after which he calmly tells her that _yes, she’ll have to deal with the abuse allegations_ and then she diverts from that topic as it’s not going the way she hopes and she can’t take any responsibility for her own actions and begins to yell at him, saying that she just can’t and launching into a tirade about how he doesn’t believe her that her attorneys made her do it all). But, the most damning of it all is the recording of her, in her own voice, saying to Depp, *“Tell the world, Johnny, tell them, Johnny Depp, I, Johnny Depp, a man, I’m a victim too of domestic violence,”* followed by *“see how many people believe or side with you”* after which he attests on tape that he is a victim of abuse (meaning, made a victim by her). We can add taunting your alleged abuser to the list of things Heard has done despite fearing for her life. This was infuriating and an embarrassment. Depp’s team will now how about 9-10 days to research every statement, to find evidence in order to refute every lie, and the jury has that same time to mull over her embarrassing attempt at acting, which doesn’t bode well for Heard. There is so much more evidence against her, but yet she and her lawyers want you to take all of the testimony by many people and throw them out the window. They want everyone to assume that every single one of those witnesses perjured themselves for this trial, so that you should believe only her, despite where there is so much supportive evidence lacking and only her own testimony. She’s already been proven to have been a liar and the country of Australia is investigating her for perjury in relation to breaking the law in Australia, lying about it profusely, and getting off with a slap on her wrist after claiming she was completely mislead of the laws and in the dark, despite evidence to the Contrary. But, go listen to the hours of tapes made by them and watch this trial and don’t take my word for it. It won’t be hard to begin to see the truth of it all.

And about that incident in Australia, there actually exists another audio recording on RUclips where Amber can be heard saying "He thinks it's my fault, what do I do. I love him, I never meant to hurt him. I didn't do it on purpose. He needs me right now." No mention of any sexual assult or injury or whatever cock and bull she just came up with in this trial! Dr. Kipper and Nurse Lloyd are ignoring her and discussing increasing her dosage because she's sobbing and being a bit hysterical all the while and at one point Kipper says "she shattered the bone." He also says "I'll tell you what is happening to her. It's guilt. This is guilt." Pure PROOF she was lying! And it's maddening to think the Plaintiffs cannot use this recording as evidence!

Not taking sides here but Depp brought the defamation suit. It's possible she is lying, even probable, but Depp could have said "good riddance" and moved on. The lawsuits just make them both look petty and shallow.

My ex was abusive and I was so scared of him, but when I finally had the courage to leave him, he lost his house and job after that. And as much as I hated him at that point, I felt so bad for him. I use to cry because it hurt to see him lose so much he’s worked for. Even after the abuse I never wished him bad.

There's also additional recordings that prove amber was the first to do things, but they are not allowed to be used as evidence or even played in court because some in the recording aren't able to testify (I believe one of the doctors passed away). Depps lawyers did look happy though when amber was name dropping people and depps kids, so maybe that gives them leverage to ask them now for their testimony
I was horribly abused. I could not talk about stuff for years, until he died and i knew we were safe. I still don't talk details. I rarely say his name, when i do i stutter and begin to cry. My life has been happy for over 30 years. Does that put things into perspective? This woman makes me physically ill.
Exactly. Most victims would be extremely reticent about going into details. You'd have to really dig. Even then, a person would have already numbed themselves to the ordeal.
I’m so professional here, but I personally believe she wanted to end his life. Whether it be by provoking him into a real physical altercation, and claiming self defense, or by drugging him, and attempting to make it look like an overdose, hence all of the pics she took of him “sleeping”. As you said, he has admitted to drug use, and so it would be a believable tale to spin from her end. She’s not just a liar, and a bad actress…she’s a vile human being, who, in my humble opinion, should be behind bars.
I 100% agree with you. I have said that many times. With the other accusations of her drugging people, I believe she drugged him as well and took pictures. Yes, he is or was a drug user but that was the perfect set up. I believe some of those pictures are from him using but I also believe some are from her drugging him. I think her true goal was to be a grieving widow and take everything he had, she refused to sign a prenup. She is a vile human being and why she has gotten away with so much is truly baffling to me. Real victim of abuse they have physical signs like they can’t breathe when they think about the trauma thinking about it creates physical symptoms like deep breathing and mental agony . It takes time to process the information thinking about trauma and return to normal neutral state of mind, the heart races. They don’t talk flowery statements about how the floor looked etc
So in this hugely embarrassing intimate retelling of abuse, and she's still making eye content with the jury, and not looking down and trying to get through this terrible ordeal quickly, instead she went into so much detail, despite saying in the beginning I don't remember much.. I know because my father beat my mom like that and she was hospitalized. It took several weeks to heal, and NO amount of makeup would conceal it.

She said “sliding” on the glass as if it was a banana peel or marbles… that is absolutely not the way that would happen or feel. People who have attended the trial have commented that the jury seems uncomfortable with her gaze and avoid eye contact with her. I don't know that this is true, but it would make sense.
I've heard the recordings where she admits to hitting him and then belittles him and makes of him for getting upset about it. A battered woman wouldn't do that. They would be afraid of their attacker and definitely not trying to egg him on.

Regardless of her acting, her biggest claims have all been disproven by a mixture of a hoard of witnesses denying she was ever injured including multiple police officers and their bodycams, security footage, and audio tapes where she admits to abusing him and cutting off his finger. Where she's mocking him for never fighting back and always running away instead. We have all the evidence we need already to end this trial.
The fact that the bottle she was supposedly penetated with still had all the wax around the top completely in tact says to me it never happened. Then she sat for a 16+ hour plane ride with no discomfort and was walking fine according to the bodyguard who escorted her back to the USA. The psychologists assessment of her was 100% correct, and not the hack who her team hired to lie for her.

I grew up in a home of domestic violence. My father abused my mother and us kids the entire time I was growing up. The way someone acts around their abuser is very timid, scared, they lack confidence, their voice is soft and shallow. Their demeanor is very cautious and they are hyper vigilant to make sure they don’t upset their abuser or push their buttons in any way. I used to feel sick to my stomach coming home from school because I didn’t know what was waiting for me and at home I stayed out of his way and if he talked to me or ordered something we jumped up and didn’t make him wait or talk back because we knew how bad it would be if he sensed the tiniest bit of defiance. Abuse is about control, the way she behaved shows she had much more control over the situation that any abuse victim would.
As a victim of domestic violence myself, I’ve been reading a lot of other comments by people who have also been abused and one stuck out for me….”When you are actually abused, when you are punched, you don’t notice the carpet is dirty.” And that is so true. I can remember a lot of details about the abuse from my former husband….even though 22-30 years have gone by…but I don’t remember a single thing about the carpet he held me down on or about how anything else in that house looked and I certainly wouldn’t have been thinking about those things in the middle of being abused. I was too concerned about whether I was going to make it through that night alive. Listening to her speak…or should I say “act” is a telling sign as well. It’s very difficult to get up and speak in front of someone who abused you. I wouldn’t even be able to do it today even though it’s been 22 years since the divorce. She’s having no problem….it’s too easy for her…she’s making it look like she’s doing a scene from a movie. Does Johnny punch walls and slam cabinet doors….sure….does he pass out on the couch….sure….but those things aren’t evidence of physical abuse. Out of all the videos and audio recordings she took she has no evidence of him physically abusing her….she’s just trying to set him up to make it look that way. She wrote the article….she said he did things that weren’t proven…he has never been arrested or charged or convicted of anything against her….and she cost him his work. I hope he wins this case.

Yeah… you should hear the parts they left out of the trial. Specifically, the after math of Johnny Depp’s fingertip being severed. It’s unfortunate it was agreed they would only submit audio as evidence (that she recorded) which only had the two of them and no one else present. Incredibly Average did a breakdown two years ago. That’s how I know she lied about her gown being ripped off, naked, up against the wall being penetrated with a bottle in the same incident where his finger was severely injured.

I don't think that's true. when you feel you are not believed you are focussed on saying things that demonstrate situationally you were there, and rembering odd details is a function of stressful events. I remember details like structures of soil falling down when I've been thrown in trenches, it's like your child brain seeks security in what's in front on you.

Having watched most of the testimony and her previous deposition, I have concluded she is an evil psychopath who deliberately destroyed JD's career because he wouldn't give her penthouses 1, 3, 5. They were supposed to amicably divorce in private and when JD was off in Europe touring with his band, she decided to call the media and file a TRO. Lawyers say that for high profile cases, the lawyer usually goes to court, not the husband or wife and they do not stage the whole event. She obtained the Tro and had a bruise on her face. No one witnessed any bruises on her face from the incident to the day before the Tro. The day after the Tro, the bruise miraculously disappears and she is not wearing make up. There are videos and testimony that JFranco and EMusk visited AH while still married. The night of the bottle incident and the finger cut off, AH secretly recorded the aftermath. If she had truly been assaulted by a wine bottle and her face etc so violently, there would have been signs of abuse. The Dr and Nurse were recorded that night and were looking for his finger. Neither the Dr, nurse or any of the security people noticed anything was wrong with AH. Ah was worried about JD dying from Alcohol and drugs and said she loved him and didn't want to leave him. 2 days later, she is doing modern dance number with a man. She is wearing spaghetti strap backless leotard and is dancing barefoot. NO INJURIES. Her feet weren't cut up and neither were her back, face or arms. She would secretly tape people without their knowledge and she admitted on another audio recording that when they fought, JD would walk away, which would infuriate AH and bring out the "animal" in her. Her words not his. She also called him a coward for not staying there and finishing the fight. She mocked him for being admiral for walking away and not engaging in her violence. When she talks, she is making contact with everyone in the room especially the jury and there are no tears. She pretended to be afraid of JD when she was leaving the witness stand but later was caught on video laughing when she almost got into JDs car. She lied about the $7million she was supposed to give to Children's Hospital and ACLU. And she bought him a knife and it was engraved Until Death. Abused people do not give their so called abusers weapons! She is an animal about I hope she never works a other job in Hollywood! She disgusts me!

Virginia got to the bottom of some of the facts, and the discrepancies between her statements and witnesses. The lean some of the AH supports do on the UK trial, negates that she was able to avoid direct testimony that exposed the inconsistencies, ala lies.

As someone who’s been abused by an ex, and I almost could’ve lost my life in his hands, I never cry like that when I talk about my past trauma. After going through so much with him it’s like I am numb after living it. And I’ve met a lot of women in my situation and when he tell me their stories they don’t cry either because you get to a point when you’re an abusive relationship where you become so numb it becomes normal
I have seen few interviews with a woman who was very badly raped, she almost died. It was horrid. She then tried to commit suicide twice. She ended up on the wheel chair and recently passed away prior her past injuries. She never cried like this in those interviews, she was describing everything with such detail and it almost seemed like she detached herself from that story. She had straight face and absolutely no tears.

But the thing that convinced me she was lying, and maybe even provoking him, was the video of when Johhny was slamming things around and she came in and started filming him. She didn’t seem at all scared of him when that was happening, and even after he discovered she was filming him, she still didn’t seem afraid. She was very calm, not frightened. It was as though she wanted to catch his bad moment on tape for future use. Yes, Johnny was no angel, but I think she drove him to distraction! Most cases of DV are w/o photos. The problem here is that she takes photos, but they don't record the major injuries she claims. A photo of a small bruise (can easily be from hitting door), but no photo of busted face? Why would she make a photo of most benign piece. Either she would take photo evidence of the worst abuse as a proof or she wouldn't take a photo at all.
In her testimony about Aus., she says the was slammed around like a rag door, broke ping-pong table, send flying across the floor covered with glass shards.... This is a situation where security guy took JD to hospital with severed finger(=his client has been significantly injured). He testified that she didn't look injured. Is she made of adamantine? The recording she made doesn't show her to ve afraid of JD at all....
I am unconvinced so far. Her way of testifying on the stand doesn't do her any favors, but it's the other stuff that just makes her noncredible (at least so far, she will have her witnesses).
And the make up she supposedly used to cover her bruises and ALWAYS carried with her wasn't even on the market for at least another year!
The photos they have produced don't reflect her statements....she could have used makeup to make it look like a little bruising, plus all the other pics look staged and I hope the jury see through her

Have you ever spoken with a DV victim who had aspergers? I'm just using aspergers as an example with how a person may see things differently than what is considered common. What are your thoughts on that and also what is your level of education in psychology? Based on your experience, it sounds like you have at least a masters degree.

She doesn’t actually shed tears, her face isn’t wet over hours of testimony, she doesn’t have an issue with mucous even though she pretends to break down and have to stop talking and she pseudo-hyperventilates. She neither sounds like there are any fluids running which is how it works when you cry, nor does that tissue that she wrings the life out help her sell this bad acting, and her face never gets red or blotchy even though she spends so much time with her face scrunched up and trying her best to cry. She maybe raises her BP while contorting her face, but the second she stops you can see that her face is neither red/pink or splotchy, not once. Also, she turns this emotion on and off throughout the huge amount of objections (which were almost entirely sustained - meaning good for the Depp team). She stops when the objection is raised and then turns it back up as soon as it’s resolved one way or another. From someone who has experiences SA, who understands biology from over a decade working in emergency med services, this is not how the body works or how the crazy injuries she supposedly sustained in, for example, Australia, where she for once did not take photos of any of her injuries. She would have required medical attention and most likely stitches, but she didn’t mention any medical attention (except to say that her team of providers were really, really trying to sedate her afterwards) and she flew back to the US within 24 hours and was accompanied by someone who sat next to her and who attested to not seeing any of the alleged and horrific injuries she claims occurred which would have made it impossible or excruciating to walk (slipping and sliding around on glass which being supposedly choked numerous times), which would have certainly bruised the delicate throat tissue, and she was photographed by media and none of the aftermath of this alleged assault were obvious (likely why there are no photos from her or anyone that was around her (and no, they were not all paid by, or beholden, to Depp).
Finally, there are hours and hours of tapes recorded by the two of them in which is it obvious that Heard is emotionally, psychologically and physically abusing Depp, along with healthy doses of
Gaslighting and continuous yelling and berating that as soon as fights get to a certain point he ‘cuts out’ or ‘takes off’ and disappears to avoid the fight becoming physical from either side. This is a woman who was supposedly so afraid for her life that during all of this, she bought him a rather large bowie knife for a gift with “hasta la muerte’ (meaning, “To the Death”
Or “Until Death”) and finishing the inscription with her nickname, “Slim“. She asks him to meet privately with her (through their one time agent, in spite of having an active restraining order against him (yet again, does that sound like someone afraid for her life), and their conversation is taped where you hear Depp politely offer to resolve things with her after out of the medias eye (after she has already done him so much damage, including his reputation and career, and she says that she can’t because she has staked her credibility on the abuse charges, after which he calmly tells her that _yes, she’ll have to deal with the abuse allegations_ and then she diverts from that topic as it’s not going the way she hopes and she can’t take any responsibility for her own actions and begins to yell at him, saying that she just can’t and launching into a tirade about how he doesn’t believe her that her attorneys made her do it all). But, the most damning of it all is the recording of her, in her own voice, saying to Depp, *“Tell the world, Johnny, tell them, Johnny Depp, I, Johnny Depp, a man, I’m a victim too of domestic violence,”* followed by *“see how many people believe or side with you”* after which he attests on tape that he is a victim of abuse (meaning, made a victim by her). We can add taunting your alleged abuser to the list of things Heard has done despite fearing for her life. This was infuriating and an embarrassment. Depp’s team will now how about 9-10 days to research every statement, to find evidence in order to refute every lie, and the jury has that same time to mull over her embarrassing attempt at acting, which doesn’t bode well for Heard.
There is so much more evidence against her, but yet she and her lawyers want you to take all of the testimony by many people and throw them out the window. They want everyone to assume that every single one of those witnesses perjured themselves for this trial, so that you should believe only her, despite where there is so much supportive evidence lacking and only her own testimony. She’s already been proven to have been a liar and the country of Australia is investigating her for perjury in relation to breaking the law in Australia, lying about it profusely, and getting off with a slap on her wrist after claiming she was completely mislead of the laws and in the dark, despite evidence to the Contrary. But, go listen to the hours of tapes made by them and watch this trial and don’t take my word for it. It won’t be hard to begin to see the truth of it all.

Regardless of her acting, her biggest claims have all been disproven by a mixture of a hoard of witnesses denying she was ever injured including multiple police officers and their bodycams, security footage, and audio tapes where she admits to abusing him and cutting off his finger. Where she's mocking him for never fighting back and always running away instead. We have all the evidence we need already to end this trial.
The fact that the bottle she was supposedly penetated with still had all the wax around the top completely in tact says to me it never happened. Then she sat for a 16+ hour plane ride with no discomfort and was walking fine according to the bodyguard who escorted her back to the USA. The psychologists assessment of her was 100% correct, and not the hack who her team hired to lie for her.

I grew up in a home of domestic violence. My father abused my mother and us kids the entire time I was growing up. The way someone acts around their abuser is very timid, scared, they lack confidence, their voice is soft and shallow. Their demeanor is very cautious and they are hyper vigilant to make sure they don’t upset their abuser or push their buttons in any way. I used to feel sick to my stomach coming home from school because I didn’t know what was waiting for me and at home I stayed out of his way and if he talked to me or ordered something we jumped up and didn’t make him wait or talk back because we knew how bad it would be if he sensed the tiniest bit of defiance. Abuse is about control, the way she behaved shows she had much more control over the situation that any abuse victim would.

As a victim of domestic violence myself, I’ve been reading a lot of other comments by people who have also been abused and one stuck out for me….”When you are actually abused, when you are punched, you don’t notice the carpet is dirty.” And that is so true. I can remember a lot of details about the abuse from my former husband….even though 22-30 years have gone by…but I don’t remember a single thing about the carpet he held me down on or about how anything else in that house looked and I certainly wouldn’t have been thinking about those things in the middle of being abused. I was too concerned about whether I was going to make it through that night alive.
Listening to her speak…or should I say “act” is a telling sign as well. It’s very difficult to get up and speak in front of someone who abused you. I wouldn’t even be able to do it today even though it’s been 22 years since the divorce. She’s having no problem….it’s too easy for her…she’s making it look like she’s doing a scene from a movie.
Does Johnny punch walls and slam cabinet doors….sure….does he pass out on the couch….sure….but those things aren’t evidence of physical abuse.
