"She does have some endearing qualities despite her lack of navigation co-ordination, singing ability, that's probably about it really, oh domestic duties, um, overall she goes alright". End quote. You two are such a crack-up! We love your videos, keep it up!
Great episode, as they all have been. Looks like you've really hit your stride with filming, editing and your own style. Good to watch another grounded down-to-earth family on YT. Cheers Annette
We love the West Macs. That walk off the beaten track really did put Standley Chasm in a different perspective. The East Macs also are stunning too! The red centre to us was a spiritual and magical experience that seemed to right our zen. 😍
About the time you published this vid, the Hugh River was well and truly in flood. We had 198mm of rain in the first 10 days of November. Hard to believe.
Great vid guys. Thanks for sharing. We've been staying in the West Macs for the last week. We saw all the spots along Larapinta down to Glen Helen BEFORE the rains came a few days ago. So, we just had to go back and check out a couple of them AFTER the rain. This place is a definite eye opener and the way you were describing it on the way to Simpsons gap is exactly how we saw it.... simply stunning. However, we decided to visit the East Mac ranges and I have to say, its equally stunning if not more stunning. The drive out to Arltunga Historical Reserve is more than stunning. Thanks again for sharing as I'm really liking what you're doing. Cheers.
Loving your videos - really helpful. We have 4 - 5 nights in West McDonnell ranges bit confused where to go, ending in Morris pass free camp doing Kings Canyon walk from there - have offroad camper. Would love your suggestions on which places to camp - prefer less crowds (obviously!! ). We are not set up to leave camper and do overnighters at all. Keep your advice coming!!
Thanks, Heather. We found Finke 2-mile in the western section was a great place to base ourselves. We also enjoyed camping at the Hugh River which is more in the Eastern section. There's also a number of NP campgrounds but they were quite busy when we were there. Hope that helps
A very happy family, showing their love for this gorgeous land. Thanks :-)
Our pleasure!
Your footage is always so beautiful, Im smiling my way through every episode. ☺️😊
Thank you so much 😀

Who belongs to the amazing voice that introduces your shows?👏👏
The music is Venetian Blinds by Mattias Tell. 👍
Stunning landscape guys. Just amazing!!!
Cheers 🍺

Totally agree. There's something about the place that takes over you. 👍

Amazing. That would be incredible to witness. Some of those gorges would be amazing as well!
Great quality vid again thanks
Thanks again!
James crying and then immediately getting up and running away 😂 classic
Yep, standard 😆

@@TheLifestylePioneers ...... really looking forward to it !
Love it. We went through briefly a couple of years ago and have been itching to go back! Has Harrison had a hair cut! He looks so grown up!!
We'll be back one day as well, Jacqui. Yeah, Harrison had a trim while we were in Alice Springs ✂
Guess I better get to the Macdonell Ranges!
I'm afraid so, Jason 😆

Cool vid and just to let you know - we have ordered a Zone. It was on our hit list anyways but you guys convinced us - yah
That's awesome! You'll love it. Might see you on the road someday 👍
Great content Guys. What tyres are you running on the Ranger?
Cheers, Chris. We have the BFG KO2's on the Ranger and on the van.
Nice we’re doing it in October. Did you get permits to do it
You'll love it. There's an entry fee for Standley Chasm but there's no other permits required.
Awesome drone footage. What drone do you use and do you recommend it?
Cheers, Damien. We have the Mavic Air 2, and love it!
@@TheLifestylePioneers thanks for the info. Trying to decide between that and the mini.
Who is the musician in your intro music. I quite like it.
Cheers Peter. It's a track called Venetian Blinds by Mattias Tell
@@TheLifestylePioneers I find myself humming this tune now many times during the day hahaha :)
