Around 15 Months ago we uploaded the original version of this video.
It was very poor quality missed many denominations and was full of lots of errors.
We thought we would redo the video in high quality including all Denominations and with the correct facts
    Enjoy - B&B team

I have three of the coins in this video.
My 1949 Threepence is in fine condition and I paid £5 for it.
My 1888 Double Florin is also in Fine condition, and I paid £30 for it
And of the three coins I have from this list, the ones I have that are in the best condition, are my two 1951 pennies, both in uncirculated condition. I paid £50 for the two of them. A bit of a bargain, me thinks 😁

That was great, a real mix of true rarities like the gold coins and half crown and then the kind of scarce ones like farthing and Florin. I have all the following Farthing in fine (Not saying years as that will destroy the mystique for other viewers!), Halfpenny in beyond poor (A disc with a date), don't have penny 3d, 6d or 1/-. Do have the florin in Fine and the Double Florin in EF and Crown in VF. I have most of the Britannia groats but not that one. Do have the 1½d too (Not mentioned) and the 1838 2d which actually circulated!

Sounds like a great collection of rarities
"A disc with a date" that is a great way to describe a lot of old pennys and halfpenny's 😂

@@BitsAndBobsCoins Those coins were cleverly designed, there is an incessed slab where the date is placed on them, so you can can see many blank discs, yet make out a date like 1869 or whatever. Unlike some other coins like Edward VII florins where dates wear off in Fine condition and Gothic florins. Oh I do have the 3d too, must of have missed that, forgot about 46 and 49 and somehow thought you did a 1850s silver coin, but realised that was the groat.

I have 3 or 4 cloth money bags with old coins in. Is there a book I can look at to see if any are worth anything.

Well. I do have the 1888 double florin, but I am more happy for my 1905 shilling.
