@@scrungles7853 I mean, they pretty much did make him up for G4, lol. He has very very little to do with Tirek from G1. If anything, G4 has a lot more in common with Arabus, another G1 villain, than he does with that generation's Tirek. Grogar was a much more faithful adaptation of a G1 villain. Ironic, because it wasn't even the real Grogar in G4, it was Discord pretending to be him.

It feels like Megan first met these ponies when she was a kid and went on all kinds of fun adventures but now she's a twenty something with depression who will never get that growth spurt she's been waiting for and the ponies still keep coming back to make her fix their problems.

God I'd love for this to be an actual series. Megan is the best character because no matter how absolutely done she is with everything she *still* does stuff like brush & braid their manes and goes out to save their friends.
