I love the Pokemon Casino theme in the background, because these refines are always a complete gamble. I don't own any of the units at all. I really hope Melady gets a great refine since she deserves it. She's one of the fan favorites in FE6, and such an amazing unit in the game to boot, so it was so disappointing when she didn't come with a prf or even good fodder. It would actually be nice to get a 4* special if she does get a good refine too. Frozen status and Wyvern Rift really make units with high def and workable spd into very strong units.
why they keep pushing those structures levels so high hahahah we need new structures with new effects, new type of traps like idk setup terrain to stop felix nowadays a panic manor has the same strategic value as a feh statue

Had Ilyana at +10 for a while but refrained from giving her an arcane. Flayne I expect them to make her a good modern support again. Pirate Vero I used a lot for limited maps and horse quests for a while. Wonder how they will upgrade her.
I say that in case I haven't months ago. I,d really like for Ilyana to have reverse savior where she would passively make the highest Def range and melee unit into far save and near save only for her, this. Priority order to saves and assign decoy would have to be made because I don't really like the idea of not working due to them. Also that Def check could be a thing on Tier 4 saves or an HP check so they essentially can take turns saving. That is to reflect the shade skill from her. And with the future story boss coming out I don't see why we couldn't get more save effects like this.
I'm definitely excited for Flayn and P!Veronica, but I'm not on board with the whole "lite" version of PoL. The game mode itself is hard enough with all the whales, and the fact orbs will not be rewards is a reason enough for me to not be interested.

Same mindset here, it's not worth the hassle especially with Emblem Ike. I just do my daily run with the multiplier on the lowest difficulty and both days combined get me to 40000 points to get all the main rewards so yeah
While I'm happy for units like Flayn and Veld to finally get their refines, do we really need a "lite" version of a whale dominated game mode, especially one that doesn't give orbs when orbs are already hard enough to save and get as it is?
This is an update of all time. Super disappointed they're keeping refines at such a snail's pace but happy my Ilyana investment *might* be able to proceed past get to +10 and ignore like many of my other demote +10s even if I absolutely don't have the dew to refine her weapon. I still have to refine Seteth 😭 I'm not sure how I feel about PoL Lite. I already didn't like it much but having to play it twice as often is going to be annoying
Wouldn't be thoroughly modern Baka Systems without them finding new ways to reduce the f2p orbs we get, in this case, with PoL Lite. It can't be a coincidence that they did this right after we got compensation orbs, too.
I anxiously await the Merlinus refine to come at least a month away… If it’s actually good I’m gonna laugh so hard cause I’ve fully merged him and plan to start investing in the flowers for him since I don’t have as many Cav projects as Infantry
This update honestly feels underwhelming, aside from the refines for the characters I want, I wasn't much of a fan of Pawns of Loki and the fact they're making a lite version with no orbs... sigh, really wish Baka Systems would stop hoarding the orbs.
They want you to spend, obviously. Nothing more blatant when adding a mode that doesn't even remotely help you in getting resources behind the gacha wall.
My copium wishes they give Melady Near Guard to one Support Partner or to infantry mages, the idea being to show her devotion to protect her princess Guinivere who has always such frail defenses.

I hope her refine can be unique and help her stand out compared to brave Alfonse who's also a bulky cav tank but much better. Also I'm excited for Illyana too hope they give her a good treatment.
I have no idea what IS is thinking, like are they being greedy? I just don't understand this new game mode. If there's no orbs, then what's the point of playing if you're only trying to obtain Dragonflowers, I don't know if IS will listen but couple of us sending a feedback might not work, I mean I already sent my complaint, so I don't know if IS will respond to me in a couple days before the new game mode release.

Considering statweeds continually dwindle in value because the newest units get way more stats for for just existing, I'm gonna ignore it completely unless the amount if enough to at least +5 a unit.
I really don't see the point of PoLL at all, same as regular PoL but lower score needed and just Dragonflowers for rewards? You can already easily get enough score for all the rewards on PoL by playing once a day on Intermediate, this just feels like yet another mode shoved into the game meant to take time away from the modes that give you Orbs.
I haaaaaaateeeee pawns of loki, you go against stuff like W! Edelgard and S! Gullveig and they attack first so your whole front gets set on fire and you can't do anything but watc your units get killed cause they get actions on the actions.

After I got my Ilyana to merge 10+, I didn't do anything with her. I hope her refine is good. I am also looking forward to Otr's refine. Would be nice if he follow Sigurd's path.

Most exciting part of this update is Velds refine. These types of villain red F2P mages usually get pretty solid support refines. We shall see!
