What's not to love about Los Algodones?
Cheap and plentiful tequila, vanilla, dental cleanings and haircuts. Although the street vendors will try and get you to buy their stuff, I don't mind. They are trying to make a living and if I'm not interested I simply tell them as much. The street vendors should not dissuade you! The town is a medical and dental tourist destination and helps keep the town afloat. We loved it and we will definitely be back!
Seriously, our only regret is not returning for more Tequila and Vanilla!
