Not used the lock yet. It would be a bad day if I lost my phone then would only get worse if I had to peddle my 25kg eBike home with no assist! The mileage isn't the 'mileage available to your bike' - it's a total of the miles done in each mode. (I think that was just a slip of the tongue though!)😄
Flow App wont complete a software update. LED goes through correct operation to say it's loading then "update failed". In 12 months, have only updated by LBS. Tried various options by Bosch, multiple attempts, reload app, de-register and then re-register, etc. still no update!!
That is strange. It is not an issue that we have come across ourselves. It might be worth taking that bike to a Bosch dealer to see if they can put a warranty claim in with Bosch, as its possible that there is an issue with the system controller.
Shame the tracking part don't work loads of ppl moaning about it . App show setting it up weeks later so all you get is mobilizer alarm on bike part they need to sort it out
