this is cap. Changli has sub dps outro but in game they categorise her as main DPS. her kit also screams main DPS, so judge purely on outro skill is misleading.

The easiest way to tell if a resonator is a main dps or not is if their outro do dmg or not, if not and only buff then that is sub dps
