Scenario: You are 20, and every living thing you have ever known is dead. You are in a taxi going home from your final loved one’s funeral, because you don’t know how to drive. That was it. The grand finale. The last thing you have ever known is gone. You have nobody. You get home and lay down in your bed as tears of solemn and sorrow caress your face. Your memories, good and bad, your childhood, flash before your eyes as one phrase echoes in your mind: What now..? You go to bed, as if everything will be fixed when you wake up. You dream about your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your cousin, and everyone else you used to know. You wake up and hear the voice of your mother: “It’s time to wake up for school…” You excitedly open your eyes and jolt up to see, nothing. Your loneliness is getting to you. You once again descend into a fit of sorrow. You then decide that you don’t have a reason to live. A knife in your hands, you lift your arm up to your neck. This is it… but you hear a voice. It is your mother. “Please… Don’t…” The words come broken up in quick bursts and sound broken. You can’t do it. But you can’t live either. This wasn’t meant to happen. You weren’t ready. But it happened. You can’t give up, but you can’t continue either. You have no money and can’t afford bills. You can’t afford therapy. You are alone, sad, unable to move forward, and unable to go back. You lay back into your bed, expecting yourself to wake up and have it all be fixed, or not wake up at all. Now imagine if you kept the door open a little longer. Your neighbor sits next to you telling you it's ok and makes you sit on the couch, and you tell them what happened. They shed a tear. But they tell you they are with you and to just push a little longer. Soon after you make friends with your neighbor and start going out more you find more friends. You could have ended it but your mom's voice made you stay a little longer now you are happy.

Had to turn my best friend in to the police when he was planning to attack someone at random with a knife senior year. Had to lie that I didn't to every best friend I had and cause the group to collapse. I don't regret the backstab since it probs saved someone. Just wish I wasn't the one that had to do it....

Thanks for taking the effort to write this, someone just might read it and it could really help them. Life can change so fast, for better or worse. Bad things happen a lot, and it may seem like every time something good happens something bad will follow. But things can get better, and they can change, you just have to have hope. Hope pretty much saved my life, and even the smallest glimmer of hope can help drastically.

7/2/23 This makes me sad because I wish I could remember more about my dad, all I can remember was how his face looked, his tattoos all over his arms and his back, one side had flames and the other had an angel wing, a little of how his voice sounded. I remember when he would carry me inside when I was asleep, and when I would get scared I would leave my room where me and my brothers shared and I would lay down in the hallway with my blanket outside of my parents door, he would carry me back to bed. I would often think to myself what would have happened if we had found out he had Colon cancer earlier, would he be alive with us and be an actual happy family would mom have been happier. The one thing I remember was how weak he was and looked of course I didn’t know because I was 6. I didn’t know that he was going to die or that he had cancer. And now that I look back on that I can’t help but feel sad that I won’t get to enjoy the last moments with him. I wish that he really was alive. Maybe I’ll meet him again, maybe I’ll get to enjoy life with you once again. I love you dad, it sucks having to live without you since July 5 of 2016. Maybe I’ll see you again soon. I’ve been suffering with some thoughts that I may give in to. Maybe ill be happier and I’ll see him again. If you are reading this, thank you for taking time reading my story. I wrote this as a sort of vent as well as to see if I find people relate to me. My dad was one of the nicest person that you could ever meet. It’s very sad that fate does take people that are very important to family and friends. I wish you all the best in life and I hope you have many happy memories with the people you love because you don’t know when that will be your last. The last thing you have ever known is gone. You have nobody. You get home and lay down in your bed as tears of solemn and sorrow caress your face. Your memories, good and bad, your childhood, flash before your eyes as one phrase echoes in your mind: What now..? You go to bed, as if everything will be fixed when you wake up. You dream about your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your cousin, and everyone else you used to know. You wake up and hear the voice of your mother: “It’s time to wake up for school…” You excitedly open your eyes and jolt up to see, nothing. Your loneliness is getting to you. You once again descend into a fit of sorrow. You then decide that you don’t have a reason to live. A knife in your hands, you lift your arm up to your neck. This is it… but you hear a voice. It is your mother. “Please… Don’t…” The words come broken up in quick bursts and sound broken. You can’t do it. But you can’t live either. This wasn’t meant to happen. You weren’t ready. Had to turn my best friend in to the police when he was planning to attack someone at random with a knife senior year. Had to lie that I didn't to every best friend I had and cause the group to collapse. I don't regret the backstab since it probs saved someone. Just wish I wasn't the one that had to do it....

This makes me sad because I wish I could remember more about my dad, all I can remember was how his face looked, his tattoos all over his arms and his back, one side had flames and the other had an angel wing, a little of how his voice sounded. I remember when he would carry me inside when I was asleep, and when I would get scared I would leave my room where me and my brothers shared and I would lay down in the hallway with my blanket outside of my parents door, he would carry me back to bed.
I would often think to myself what would have happened if we had found out he had Colon cancer earlier, would he be alive with us and be an actual happy family would mom have been happier. The one thing I remember was how weak he was and looked of course I didn’t know because I was 6. I didn’t know that he was going to die or that he had cancer.
And now that I look back on that I can’t help but feel sad that I won’t get to enjoy the last moments with him. I wish that he really was alive. Maybe I’ll meet him again, maybe I’ll get to enjoy life with you once again. I love you dad, it sucks having to live without you since July 5 of 2016. Maybe I’ll see you again soon.
I’ve been suffering with some thoughts that I may give in to. Maybe ill be happier and I’ll see him again.

I get it, I really do! life was a heck of a lot more simple without so many mental illnesses and so much worries and responsability's... even though I'm only 19, I feel like my "prime time" has allready passed.... B U T! this doesn't mean we cant try to make the best of our furture! Very calming and relaxing. Like I’m lying in bed in my small 10th story cozy apartment overlooking the city at night, hearing this from my neighbors’ party next door. And there’s a faint smell of cigarettes. While there’s faint fluorescent party lights from their window coming through mine.

I lost my mother my family hate me long time my father didn't live with me but i find myself in videogames aslo find friends i still suffering but i don't give up
