Christ IS SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL - and to have Him touch you is beyond words. He reaches out to each of us, right where we are - and if He touches you through this song - then grasp it! I think the passage talks about marking oneself 'for the dead', probably as part of a ritual. I'm not advocating for or against tattoos, but we need to understand why we do what we do.
My daughter and I dance and sing to this song all the time. She knows all the words and it melts my heart when I hear her singing it. This is one of those songs that can make you smile even on the worst of days! Praise God for bands like Need to Breathe!

I really like how they incorporated their fans singing their song. Most of the fans are the demographic that you'd expect (teens and twenty-somethings), but what I really -loved- was the young boy that is belting it out (around the 1:10 mark) and the old couple holding hands (around 2:16). It touched a chord in me. I have to admit that I am older than I feel. I am married and we have a little girl. It's time to start being a better dad and work toward the old couple holding hands.
This band opened for Train in Berkeley last night. id never heard of them but i was very very impressed at how good they sounded for an opening band. this song just rocked.
this is possibly one of the most incredible songs out there. it has the ability to make me really FEEL something, and i've been numb to feeling anything for so long. it actually brings tears to my eyes & gives me chills, it's THAT amazing. wow, just wow.

I am disabled, I'm worn out, and all this racism, violence, and division breaks my heart. This pandemic and how it's been mishandled so some people could get richer at the expense of 100's of thousands of peoples lives makes me so angry. I'm barely able to enjoy life anymore seeing all this suffering. My wife would say well just dont look. Ignorance is bliss but I cant live in blissful ignorance. I need something supernatural to help me. It's been so long since I've been this depressed. I bet no one even notices this post. That's how messed up this world is.

Ok I've changed my mind after looking at this video again. I really enjoy it. I think its something beautiful. Homemade isn't bad. Sometimes there's a different meaning to it that you didn't see before. There's a lot of love and life in it.
