Lynyrd Skynyrd Simple Man (Cover by Dead Freedom) Live at The Cabin

So a couple of years ago I had the awesome pleasure of heading down to Camden and playing at Underworld supporting a badass band called skinny molly, I'd been chatting to the guys before gig about all the things I had going on, feeling really, really chuffed with myself for everything I was doing, It was a yay I'm doing something moment, anyways I played my set, the crowd was ace and I had an amazing time, a little time passed and the guys jumped on stage and I had listened to them online and thought damn.... these guys are good, kind of got a skynyrd vibe, man this is cool. Anyways they took to the stage and started playing and they played a ton of Skynyrd covers and now id had a bit to drink, so i was a little bit lively, but I was like 🤯 "hot damn, Holly 💩 balls... if you're gunna play Lynyrd Skynyrd songs, that's the f***** way to do it!!!" I was beyond impressed anyways I get a tap on the shoulder and suddenly "You do realise you just opened for the guitarist of Lynyrd Skynyrd right?" Man my mouth was at the deck, I'd idolised Skynyrd since I was a kid and had no damn clue but anyways they didn't play this song that night and it's my favourite Skynyrd song so I hope you enjoy its Called Simple Man!!
