You have the coolest pokemon stuff by far. all I can do is appreciate even being able to see these unique gems. Alot of this stuff I've never even seen before.
Great video man, love these ones where you do deep dives into the sets, especially the more hidden stuff in the hobby. Seeing these altogether in a binder is a trip!
I have always been aware of vending but this was by far one of the most informative videos i have seen on the set and really enjoyed seeing all artworks
A couple fun facts/corrections regarding the Japanese information that's presented on the seats and the cards: 1:37 There's actually a section on the very top of the seat right next to the number "1", that says where the cards are from, and this rule applies to other seats too 5:38 Here's what the card says: Ooyama's Pikachu. *in pikachu's speaking bubble: "Pika~~~". "Greeting": Very polite but catch enemy off guard and attack. About 10 damage. "Pretending sleeping": Pretend to sleep but catch enemy off guard and attack with electricity, as usual. Sneaky. 30 damage. Run: 2 energy cards. A little slow. This Pikachu doesn't have mercy to the trainer. Oh man... *at the very bottom: You can't use this card in a game. (in red) 14:57 These Imakuni cards have the same warning that Ooyama's Pikachu had in red but with more jokey way 15:20 In the speaking bubble, it says "This is the secret factory of Pokemon Cards! Awesome, isn't it?" 15:54 These lists are themed deck recipes.
this arts are out of this world, I wish we got this outside Japan as well! Even If I -really- like the actual art variety on the new sets, there is something special about this original era -id include Rocket, Gym etc as well-. Thank you for the video! P.S: If im not wrong, that Snorlax was designed by Keita Takahashi. Thats the guy behind an AMAZING videogame series called Katamari Damacy! (or at least, they share the same name haha!)
This is really cool! Thank you for making the video def a must add to my collection

I already loved this set but absolutely have max portioned up to another level after this video!!! Thank you so much for sharing this! The artwork and layers to this set are not touched by any other set in English! I really wish Pokémon international would step it up a bit! Alt Art's are amazing but this blows them out of the water!
easily my #1 set! im so happy i got my complete unpeeled set a couple years ago. definitely gotta do a complete binder soon, the artwork is just amazing. appreciate the dedicated video still need my WHF sheet though :(
My last big purchas, before going back to school, for my collection was a psa 10 Pokemon Machine. I love just taking out the card and looking at it, and it was great to add some new information to its identity!
As a Gengar fan ever since I saw the Masaki Gengar it became my holy grail and I told myself I will get it some day. I ended up getting a PSA 9 version before the pandemic so it was super cheap compared to now. I always thought of it as Disco Gengar since it looks like it's dancing on a futuristic dance floor.
I always love finding these cards in my bulk buys here in Japan, it always makes me smile when I find one of these cards hidden away in a box of bulk! Lovely cards!!!
Amazing collection. I am trying to build my own but its pretty tough to find these cards. Do you have any suggestions where would be the best place or individual seller to get them ? Thanks :)
Series 1 is my favorite. Zubat makes me think of rock tunnel in the first game . All dark, light at the end of the tunnel. Random favorite, but I like what I like
I noticed the cards were not in sleeves in the binder. Most people sleeve the card then put it in the binder. Is there a reason why you do it that way? Thanks
God how I wish these were in English the art is so beautiful 😭😣 like compare this to any modern set in the last 14 years and the art doesn't come close to how beautiful these are.
I wonder if you can see what card I’m in the sheet without taking it out. Like with a flashlight. Can anyone verify this? Scared that resellers can keep the hits and sell the rest like this
I just started playing the Japanese exclusive TCG 2 game on GBC and was very confused with this upside-down pokeball set. I thought it was another GBC exclusive like the meow thing from the first game!
Do you know (Butler's Kirlia Players Fan Club Lottery 039).It is a difficult card to get in japan. Also,(Chansey coin Pokemon Card Game Official Tournament) and (Doduo Fan Club/Get Point Program) are very hard to get in Japan. from japan.nice collection!!

Ooyama’s Pikachu is one of my favorite arts of all time. Glad to see you getting back to discussing niche cards/sets. Great vid Scott
This is one of the coolest sets they ever made. Love the variety of art, and the creativity with the illustrations
10:13 This is probably the best Gengar artwork to date!

Such an amazing set! I really appreciate the history lesson!
Omg this set is amazing the art work just tickles my childhood my man thanks for showing us this
Thank you for showing this collection off. Just amazing
Vending series is the best art in all of Pokemon. When you add on the different back art and Masaki promo it's just so good
This is really cool! Thank you for making the video def a must add to my collection

Damn I’ve been trying to save for these cards for a while… gonna have to wait a bit longer after the SMPratteFan rush
That’s a fantastic set. Thanks for the in-depth look.

Still collecting this set slowly by surely. The bulbasaur is at my absolute top of the list. Beautiful set thankyou for sharing
Love this set. Peeled a handful of these a few years back and graded a PSA 10 Ooyamas pikachu!
Appreciate this vid, Scott. Knew I shoulda bought a bunch of these sheets when they were plentiful and cheap..lol.
These are 100% some of the coolest creations Pokemon ever made! What a cool idea!
Ahh mann…i already know I’m gonna collect this set
Love this set so many great japanese artworks, og watercolor artworks
Super underrated and undervalued set. Definitely one of my favorite sets to collect.
Wow this set is amazing, gunna have to pick some of these up

I've been going for a complete PSA 10 of this set for some years!
i never knew these even were a thing. but I seriously need to collect this set because this is amazing
I always love finding these cards in my bulk buys here in Japan, it always makes me smile when I find one of these cards hidden away in a box of bulk! Lovely cards!!!
Great video, stunning set. Can i ask why you don't sleeve the cards but?
cool video and set
I love vending sets! I have several cards from the set. I love them
please do more on imakuni sets :) i really enjoy this vending series
I would grade them all!
Super classic cards!
The 2nd vending series I knew, but see the 1st one for the first time!
Great video
Those arts are some of the best I’ve seen
Beautiful
Thanks again!
I've been convinced I need one now
The only set I got 100%. I love the artwork and pika high as a kite is without a doubt the best artwork ever made in history of TCG. 😁
Amazing collection. I am trying to build my own but its pretty tough to find these cards. Do you have any suggestions where would be the best place or individual seller to get them ? Thanks :)
Awesome thankyou
Incredible incredible incredible

Fire set
That metapod is insane 😍♥️🔥🔥🔥
I agree the voltorb is my favorite too!
Are your kids sleeves inside of that binder? Also do they get damaged like that?
Amazing
My brother in Christ, are those unsleeved inside the binder?! I scratched my Southern Islands back like that with an UP binder. :(
It would be hilarious if one of the cerulean cave sheets had only Zubats 😂😂😂
Hitmonlee with the Halo Overshield XD
Lmao hold my suspicions food can, clearly playing off of Rudy’s hold my chalupa 😆
I noticed the cards were not in sleeves in the binder. Most people sleeve the card then put it in the binder. Is there a reason why you do it that way?
Thanks
I have the Lose? card from series 3 vending set..such a unique card
i used to open these as a kid
Thank god I already have all of these. Don’t need to worry about this video making prices go up 😅
So this is different then vending stickers right ? Like the prism ones ?
best art!
What about the holo version of de zapdos, Moltres and articuno? I can't find where they come from
This set is incredibly underrated
vending is sooo amazing & also yea im pretty sure masaki is just bill's Japanese name
What's your price for everything in the yellow binder. Im not a serious buyer, just asking for fun! Awesome collection! #gottacatchemall!
I am so happy to have an Ooyamas Pikachu
Are these cards inside the binder without any Sleeves?
I wish there was a kabutops from the vending series x)
I consider the red/green and the vhs starter set spiritually connected to vending
I hate to ask but - no sleeves in the binder?
I have like 100 of these vending machine series in a box in my cupboard. Are they worth anything?
God how I wish these were in English the art is so beautiful 😭😣 like compare this to any modern set in the last 14 years and the art doesn't come close to how beautiful these are.
I wish the cards on the sheets were randomised ngl
Which of these are the Illustrator cards?
Why don't you sleeve the cards before putting them in the binder?
Why don't you sleeve the cards in your binder?
I wonder if you can see what card I’m in the sheet without taking it out. Like with a flashlight. Can anyone verify this? Scared that resellers can keep the hits and sell the rest like this
Who else is watching this over leonhart?
I just started playing the Japanese exclusive TCG 2 game on GBC and was very confused with this upside-down pokeball set. I thought it was another GBC exclusive like the meow thing from the first game!

❤️❤️
11:39 Koffing!
series 3 mewtwo
You should sell packs and boxes on your channel.
It bothered me that the ekans card was not before the Arbok.
at 11:40 you referred to Koffing as Ghastly
Omg
Nothing really beats Japanese products.
noti
Trading to get Alakazam. They stayed true to the game haha
