Severe hailstorm in Calgary, Alberta on the evening of June 13, 2020. It was massive thunderstorm and tennis ball sized hailstorm flooded the streets in seconds. Big damage to houses and cars parked outside in the streets

I’m on the NE side of Calgary and we got hit really hard. Our stairway window smashed winds got up to 100kph you could hear the rain from inside or in the basement! Everyone in our street was safe in a basement but we all had to pay lots to get our houses fixed. You can tell my community is helpful because right after the storm ended everyone was out of there houses helping each other

Wow!! That is a big hailstorm. Lightning , thunder and many hailstones I hope the houses that have been damaged become back to normal again :-)

Oh that’s scary. Hope there was not much demage. I have heared that alberta is very prone to thunderstorms ⛈ 🌩 😨🤔.... stay safe and follow the guidlines given by the disaster management reponse team.

yup, we had it in ‘92. Houses in Falconridge got their vinyl siding shredded.
