Very good pick. Turin is rich, chic. Simply for the few.
Molto bello e innovativo
I just saw you sitting at Caffe Baratti! Enjoy your visit to Italy's ancient capital
Whoa small world, thanks for watching my videos! Cafe Baratti is wonderful!
città meravigliosa.Da applausi.
Торино не се посещава от много туристи, а е невероятно красив аристократичен град. Люлката на съвременната държава Италия. Влюбена съм в него.
Going to Turin and not going see the Mole Antonelliana. I can't believe.
the shroud is in a chappel that is part of the musei reali where you walked. The shroud is encases the the dome of the chappel is AMAZING. Well worth the visit. Turin people hope the shroud will be on display in 2025.
Great to see you on Turin. You tried bicerin, now try a marocco / maroccino - a caffe macchiato with the addition of coco powder.

Exceptional/remarkable place Turin is Ariel, a treat to see 👍 💜 thank you
Historical note: Turin was founded by the Celtic tribe "Taurini" in the 3rd century BC.
The original name is therefore of Celtic, not Latin, derivation. Milan was also founded by Celts, and this toponym is also of Celtic origin (Medhelan: "Medhe"= middle, "Lan" = land/plain), "In the middle of the plain". Northern Italy was Cisalpine Gaul, and the local languages still spoken today are Gallo-Romance languages, that is, the superimposition of Latin on a substratum of Celtic languages.
Gosh I thought it was founded by Romans Han fatto tutto i celti😂😂😂😂
@@nicolettastrada5976 Turin and Milan were founded by the Celts, whether you like it or not. As for the Romans, they conquered half of Europe, but conquering does not mean founding. I would add that the Romans Romanized the peoples they subjugated, they did not ethnically replace themselves. Genetic studies show that today's native populations, net of Germanic invasions and recent immigrations, are roughly the same as pre-Roman populations. The Gallo-Romance languages further demonstrate this.
Love your work
Hi, just wanted to say that I actually live in the outskirts of Turin, and I loved your tour around our fair city. Just a note, the reason there weren't many people downtown was because maybe you were there on a weekday morning when most people were at work and or school. Turin is also a well known University city, we have some of the finest facilities in Italy and Europe. If you want to see more people downtown try taking a walk on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. I will surely enjoy watching more of your content, best wishes from a Canadian viewer 😅😊🍁
WOOOOOOOOOOOOT you went there i was just there i LUVED it
Glad to see new videos ! Greetings, Tom, Brussels.
AH PISCITELLA One of the best briosche baker of Turin imo. Good Choice!

James Kohler Google Coney Island in Brooklyn New York
Torino population is 847,554.
Did you see the shroud of Turin ???🤔
Just found out that you didn't get to see it, what a shame 😢
Torino e solo per gente amante della cultura i piemontesi sono gentili garbati riservati non amano la confusione.
Turin is more like a French city, it is a quiet city not as dynamic as Milan or Rome.
Hey, you're not far. Next stop Chambéry, just the other side of the Alps. 3 hours drive maybe.
France? No thanks
@@cal7348 somme people would disagree. It's not France on the other side of the Alps, but Savoy. Chambéry and Torino were both capitals of Savoy at different times in history. Both towns look very similar and share some characteristics.
The tall building (skyscrapper) is called the finger of El Duce, a middle finger to the royal palace you visited. Turin has more remnants of a dark (fascist) past it shows in some of the architecture of the city.
@@drAgonheart580 in Italy we say "il" Duce not el Duce! In Italy we speak Italian not Spanish!
