Mazie is just like me, my hubby and I would walk over to survey the progress so as not to interrupt the builder. It’s also much cooler that time of the day.

Red bottom just a suggestion here.. when you doing the decking I think that you should get the premixed company to and do it.. I heard that its better so you won't have now leaks.

@redbuttonjournal, I’ve heard of these pest. So far I’ve not seen any evidence on our site. But our friend in Mobay has had real problem with their doors and wood frames.
Keep an eye out 👀 for signs. They can do serious damage if left unchecked. Blessings from out family to yours. 🙏❤️
@@RedButtonJournal we had the site treated before the start of the foundation and then it’s been done every year after. But I will ask my parents and the builder to keep a check. Until we travel back later on this year.
We’ve only had our construction sit sprayed once, just before we poured the foundation. That treatment is supposed to last 5 years, but we keep our eyes out for any tunnels. Annually sound good. Better safe than sorry.
