Hey that’s so much for watching this series, means a ton. It was a great day on the water, we have had a few weeks without rain so the water is finnaly clearing up in the areas that are usually clear, if you can find a clear backwater area that’s where a lot of the big pike will be
Hi as a foreigner from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Largest lure ever threw was glidding swim bait shed Berkeley 9 inches and had some 2 to 3 pound larges on it while I hooked up into a pike at a reservoir but got off the hook it was pretty big felt like a 12 lbs 🤙🏽
Looked like a great day to be out on the river. I really never tossed any big baits, I guess a 5" crank bait is the biggest I've ever but I think it would be fun to toss around a big bass swim bait. Keep the videos coming, always enjoy watching.
Thanks for watching, it sure was a nice day out there, can’t beat a calm morning on the river. I’d say a 5 inch crank is pretty big, you should try some big lures in general, you would be surprised how fast you will break your personal best bass, pike, musky, or even walleye while throwing big swimbaits and glides. I’ve seen lots of 26-28 inch walleye on the river being caught on big musky glides!

Haha I feel that, after a long day of throwing big baits it’s tiring, I love suicks and fish them a lot, sadly I’ve never caught a musky on one but I hope to this year, I fish them more for big pike than I do musky!
@@NASPELTZFor sure! I have caught lots of Pike on them also, but since Pike eat almost everything else in the box, I usually save my arms by throwing anything else...😂
