Hi Manny. Can you do a series on the best uses for the alkaline flours? Maybe the texture, thickness, flavor profile etc. I'm new to this life and I'm not sure which flours are best for each meal. Thanks sooo much! PS I swear I would know your voice hands and arms out a crowd of a million! lol
Hi LeLe, that's a great idea. I haven't used all of the approved flours in my videos yet. When I do, I'll look into your suggestion. I haven't used Rye yet. Truth is, I don't like it lol. Yeah, I bet you could recognize my voice and arms. Don't go stopping strangers now lol. Jk. Thanks again for the video idea. I appreciate it.
@@Grubanny you’re welcome! This is all new to me and you’re the 1st to have such a professional straight to the point approach. I LOVE it. My add won’t allow me to watch most other vids. I’m a lifer here! Oh and don’t worry I won’t stop too many ppl lol
Whole grain kamut will take really long to cook. If you're in no rush, then you shouldn't have a problem. For cereal your best bet is to pulse it a few times in a food processor or blender to break it up a little before cooking. It would cook faster that way. If you have time on your side you can cook it whole. However, you'd need to soak it in warm water for about 1 hour before cooking for another hour.
EXCELLENT presentation 👏. This should have a million likes! I absolutely ❤ this 📹 Please keep them coming in the same fashion!
Now, I can't wait to cook this cereal 😋. Beautiful presentation 😋. I am going to make coconut milk now for my fonio cereal tomorrow 😋
Never cooked kamut, but now I am inspired. Thanks, Manny!

Amazon has it as well if you're comfortable shopping online.
These people mill everything 😨!! What if I have whole grain kamut tho?
