Gun Butter been around for over 20 years. It’s my go to for ultimate lubrication. Everyone has their favorite recipe. For most new AR builds I prefer mobile 1 synthetic in 10w30.
Sotaracha is descended from Vietnam-era LSA (Lubricant, Small Arms) which was the great granddaddy of semifluid greases that inspired Mil-Comm TW25B/MC3000, Cherrybalmz, Gun Butter, et cetera and is even now still the only authorized lubricant for the Mk19 grenade launcher. I'll never forgive the oil companies and the DOD bean counters that came up with CLP that dry out quickly so the poor sucker using it has to buy more to replace it when it does. Biggest scam in the business.

The guy i take pistol classes from loves this company. I've shot the jello shots and liked them but I'm not a big pistol guy so my opinion isn't the most well informed.
I think these guys will do well. Good concept for all of it - solid branding - so, if it can get reviewed by some trusted parties, and the product is as good as they say it is, they're going to be big.
I can make vats of the sauce myself for a fraction of the price and I can make it specific to my climate

I'm all for innovation and small businesses succeeding but judging by what we saw here, I'm not sure that's what's going to happen.
